We were fortunate to have Zainab knock on our door! She explained the product of flat roofing that was available for free and quickly called her collegue, Ackeem, over within a few minutes to arrange a convenient time when an assessment could be done the same day. Ackeem followed on from there and was very efficient, thorough and friendly. He got the job booked in. It was completed on time and Ackeem even came after to check we were OK and all went well with the flat roofing installation. We were and are very happy with everything!

We had some work in our property recently and I can say that the guys who came out were very professional. They carried out the works respecting our property, they explained everything beforehand and along the way. They were very polite put absolutely all the furniture back as it was . Cleaned up before they left too. Outstanding work and excellent workman .

Hussein and his team completed an underfloor insulation project under the eco target brand. My wife and I were very happy with the service. The team worked endlessly to complete the project inside a single visit and worked 12 hours non stop, leaving no mess. They were working during the summer and in full protective gear and mask underfloor; not the easiest of tasks or conditions because of the heat but they approached it with great professionalism and happy approach. I would def recommend Hussein and his team without hesitation. Thank you for a great customer experience and a warmer home :-)

Hussain and his team completed an underfloor insulation inside my home from Eco target. I'm extremely pleased with the work and the professionalism that came with it. I would throughly recommend and use them again if ever needed. Thank you guys for an amazingly good job.

EcoTarget fitted underfloor insulation and window trickle vents as part of the Warmer Homes Grant.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Hassan and the team, who were all polite, friendly and tidy. They worked very hard within a difficult situation as the space under my floors was so tight, but they persevered and had great success! They answered all my concerns e.g. by explaining how the insulation would be fitted and how this wouldn't negatively interfere with electrical wiring or piping, as they would be kept separate under the floor. I was also given a 25 year insurance-backed warranty.

They fitted a very good quality insulation called 'Cosifloor insulation' from GTi Direct, which has 150mm thick wool insulation with a strong membrane to keep it in place without sagging and reducing the effectiveness over time. This appeared to be much better than other insulation I've seen in the past.

When the job was complete, they replaced my carpets and left the space clean and tidy. There are a few marks on the skirting board from where the skirting had to be removed and replaced, but this was to be expected and will be easy to fix with some paint.

There was a pre-visit to check how much underfloor insulation could be installed and what the access points would be. Half of my ground floor is carpet and half is laminated. This meant there would be no way of insulating under all of the laminate without pulling up the boards and damaging the flooring, but that it might be possible to insulate some of the laminated area if the robot can travel there from the carpetted side. It was uncertain whether the robot would fit, because the space was very close to the size limit. They took pictures and explained the current situation under my floors, to help me decide if I was happy to go ahead given the uncertainty. They answered all my questions and explained the pros and cons.

On the day of the fitting, they determined the robot wouldn't be able to fit so they completed the job manually. Although this meant there wouldn't be additional insulation under the laminated area, the advantage was that the insulation under the carpetted area would be much neater when fitted to the joists by hand, and provide better coverage, as a human can cover corners that the robot might miss.

Given the underfloor space was too small even for the smallest robot, it was certainly a very tight squeeze for the team, but they did a fantastic job and reached all the corners. They took pictures of my underfloor insulation once completed and I am very pleased with the result.

I purely agreed to continue this process with Eco Target was based on reviews about Ranj and his management ethics. The reviews were not false. Ranj is amazing at managing and Adi and Ramonas team of builders/tradesmen did a equally great job. From finishing the project to jet washing after.
There are always some hiccups during building work but what makes it smooth sailing is the efficiency that they are dealt with and any issues were dealt with professionally and with a positive attitude to work and that is well appreciated.

Overall im extremely satisfied by the work done by EcoTarget and Adi and Ramona’s team .

For years I have needed new windows and an entrance door as mine were simply old and neither safe nor energy efficient. Anyone could open the entrance door with a card and come in and I had two ancient sash windows and two broken single glazed windows. In the winter the flat would not warm up even with a very good boiler. Because of my health and disability I couldn’t trust anyone to do it. I found it difficult to agree for workers to come to my home and sensitive about dirt and dust. However things changed once eco target was working away to find solutions in making my flat more energy efficient. From the very start to finish Pav and her team at eco target cared about my needs and genuinely where there to help and advise each step of the way. Once funding was agreed things happened quite fast.a wonderful lady from Eco Target came and surveyed the flat. New designs for double glazed windows and door were agreed on and instillation was booked in. Ok my project took slightly longer as I had some special needs and I was away for a little bit. It’s worth mentioning I have sever mental health/ mood swings and am sensitive to change. Pav and her amazing team did not judge me and despite my initial fears I was put at ease. I am so happy now. 4 new double glazed windows, a door and 2 ventilation fans fitted professionally by very pleasant and hard working fitters. My life has changed. I have more light, more energy efficient and secure flat. Thank you

I am very pleased with Raj and his team, they were polite and respectful while working on my property.
They went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to felicitate for my needs and carried out the underfloor insulation within a timely and professional manor. I would use this company again in the future.
So far I am very pleased with the standard of work.

Eco target have installed new boiler, 4 extraction fans and 2 back roofs in my house which is of high standards. Their manager Raj and staff are experienced professionals.

Unprofessional company. Communication is bad. Their worker took my ladder when they finished work and never bring it back .didn't cover the windows,doors and floors around my house when they carried out the external wall insulation and never clean after they done the work everything still dirty around my house
Also extended my roof but unfortunately I got water leaking now after that keep contacting then never answer
