I have found this Company to be very respectful of my property and have always been there for any communication l had regarding the work carried out on my property..l have the highest respect and very pleased with how this Company have dealt with me and my property...l also have the highest respect for Amanda and Vlad they have been so very very helpful, considerate and have shown me and my property the greatest respect.
I strongly recommend these people snd the Company they represent.

Adnan came to put in a new boiler for us which he did well especially as he was not supplied with all the parts to carry out the job he went out to his way to find the parts needed meaning that he had to make a long journey and return therefore working late into the evening to complete the job.

I applied for the Warmer Homes Scheme and Eco Target carried out the work at my property. Pav arranged for the work to be approved through the scheme. My house was so cold before and I cannot tell you how happy I am with my double glazing. It was all I needed and Pav was so lovely and helpful to deal with it from start to Finish. I recommend Eco Target and their team to anyone who is looking to get their double glazing done. They are an amazing Team.

I had my Flat Roof Insulated with Eco Target under the Warmer Homes Scheme
I was extremely happy with how quickly the Assessment was arranged to how quickly I actually had all the work done. Pav was extremely helpful and efficient and further more I have a lovely warmer home. Thank you Eco Target and Pav.

Excellent company, truly amazing. The construction guys were very professional and quick considering the weather conditions how many to plan around the rain days. I opted for the exterior insulation wrap around my house, which is an end terraced.

The builders were very considerate of my neighbours and clean and tidy after every work day on the site. I was very happy as I’ve had work previously done on my property and they are truly the best I’ve had.

They started early every day and finished roughly around 530pm .

Communication was brilliant with them. I was given a direct number for the manager called Adi and he was fabulous replying to any concerns that I had allowed to take photos of anything that I was concerned about and he would respond back in a swift manner.

Would definitely have them do other work on my property with no hesitations.

I have been dealing with Mr Ranj Singh who I would like to acknowledge is diligent professional and reliable. He returns calls when I leave a message and make every effort to resolve issues when they present.
He is affable and approachable an asset to any organisation.

A company who do not communicate with a neighbour and concerns of side windows not covered but only the site house to protect there windows. Scaffold poles secured against my pebble dash wall with no protection or moved away when asked.

I have just had ventilation fitted by Eco Target , Ranj has been an absolute joy to correspond with , his efficiency can be lauded and the workmanship was excellent.
Waiting now on on the next steps and looking forward to a seamless process.

Good communication when arranging the appointments. They replaced a boiler and fitted a wireless thermostat, installed an extractor fan and radiator valves, plus new insulation for the loft.
The work was completed on time, and with care. I was kept informed of progress during the course of the work. The fitters were cheerful and professional when asked a question. They tidied up afterwards and removed the heavy items for disposal which I could not have done.

I signed up for the energy efficient grant with retrofit works, had a surveyor come out to the property, to see what needed doing, I desperately needed windows and a front door, called and spoke with a few people to find out the outcome and was told that there wasn't the funding for this. I received a call from Ranjit Singh on the 21 March to tell me what was to be carried out, I explained to him that the property was crying out for windows and a front door, Ranjit sent an email to his boss, copied me in with the email and then called me the next day on the 22nd to tell me I am getting windows and solar panels on the roof. I am so grateful and overjoyed with this news with Ranjits help. Thank you so much, Sarah Gould

Adnan fitted our new boiler and we couldn’t be happier. First class service and we have recommend Adnan to friends and family.

Adnan and his team installed a Logic Combi C24 boiler on the 9th March at my mother's home in Catford SE6.
They came at the scheduled time,done an amazing job.And I would definitely recommend to family and friends.Extremely pleased with the work completed and the professionalism displayed too.

I’ve been dealing with Eco Target for few months not having any results.
Last week a very motivated, extremely courteous and professional Compliance Manager, Mr. Ranji Singh joined the team and, everything changed.
He was able to speed up any bureaucratic process, delivering serious results.
In less than a week he did more than others had done in 7 months.
His passion for his job, stubbornness to achieve results and the personal touch he uses to communicate with clients are a breath of fresh air in a demotivated and stuffy work environment.
I hope Eco Target understands the added value Mr. Singh brings to the Company.

Had some underfloor insulation fitted recently by a small team lead by a nice gentleman called Monty. They were honest, patient and well mannered. Very professional team, I would definitely recommend.

These cowboys did insulation at my property, they blocked all air vents with insulation, they even covered over the top of the bathroom extractor fan, which then led to the loft sweating with condensation which caused mould in 2 bedrooms, tried to contact someone to complain but can not get through.

Eco target - was allocated to me as part of the Warmer Homes Grant. Lots of promises but not heard from them again. Impossible to contact anybody, and when you do you get fobbed off.
I’ve written email, called them, no reply.

I am a 66 year old pensioner who through the WarmWorks Green Homes Grant scheme received the approval to have External Wall Insulation carried out on my house. The work was allocated to EcoTarget back in September 2022. This company did not carry out the work and kept informing me they would come through September, October and November. Conversations were had with Kuljit Kaur (Operations Manager) and Amers Kudhail (Cheif Sustainability Officer) and these people promised the work would be done and everything had been arranged but nothing did! They made empty promises and when chasing them up through email and phone calls they would not respond. It has come to the stage that the scheme is no longer available now and I no longer am eligible to have External Wall Insulation on my house. As I am old this would have been very beneficial for me to have a warm and heat and efficient house, especially through Winter and increased Energy costs.

I have made a complain to Luton Borough Council who were overlooking this scheme and they advised EcoTarget have let many people down and that I am not the only person they made promises to and never carried out the work. Luton Borough Council also informed me they will no longer be issuing any contracts to any company giving work to EcoTarget as they cannot be trusted.

Anyone who has any schemes allocated to EcoTarget please beware of them as I have had the misfortune of finding out the hard way.

This company pushed to visit my property and promised everything under the sun. They didn't even have the courtesy to provide an update after the assessment. When incidents like this happen, I'm somewhat grateful as I view it as a red flag.

Excellent storage heaters friendly staff who installed it I will recommend them to my friends and family

Had previous issue with installation but a second crew came and sorted it, very happy with the result.
Nicky Skinner & Aquib were the ones who fixed the problem.
