Hi I had a new boiler installed recently and came across a fitter plumber called jack, I can only say he was amazing very professional took pride in his work, did not rush but steadily worked to provide a good service, she showed me how to check the water pressure of it ever happened again he advised me to bleed the radiators after a few days he had done this but said some times when they settle there may still be residue air, he fitted two radiators and made sure I was happy with the placement explained where the pipes were going.
He cleaned up left the area clean and tidy
He is a credit to your company thank you highly recommend

My heat pump developed an odd fault this week. I cannot thank Kelly, Luke Zak and the Taggas team more for their efforts in solving the problem. Nothing to do with installation that is perfect the computer just said No! Always a pleasure to deal with Taggas thank you again,

Explained everything fine, showed me where the locations of the rads were, asked where I would like the pipes run, kept there work area tidy then on completion they showed me how everything worked. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Ecoway renewables are great.
The fitters are also polite
What's better for me is there is no gas in the village of cubert so had awful storage heaters, now there gone my bills are lower.

Installation was quick and efficient. The guys were very helpful. The panels and battery backup are working brilliantly. Our electric bills are now, less than our previous bill and the monthly payment for the system and installation put together. One of the best decisions we've made! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Professional. Kept up to date through every step of the process. Quality product and efficient installation. Have had many compliments on the quality of the solar panels.

Out of the blue phone call from a rather pushy woman on a Hull number, who was not willing to answer my questions. She insisted on us having a no obligation visit which she booked. Before she hung up she said she would send more information and we would get another call to confirm the appointment which I MUST ANSWER. No information sent, no phone call and nobody turned up to the appointment!
Edit - the original number was on my phone, I rang back there was only music playing on the other end, no reply or answerphone

Kelly at Taggas has been extremely helpful, keeping in contact throughout the installation of my new air heat pump and radiators, and checking in afterwards for any post install support. The installation team, Ross and Kyle, drove up from Doncaster to Aberdeenshire, and got started right away, working extremely hard for the course of the 3 days they were here.

I was dubious at the thought of having a salesman come to the house in the evening assuming I was going to get the hard sell and be pressured into signing.
How wrong was I! Everything was handled professionally, explained in great detail in a way we could understand.
