Ordering is like a gamble
Ordering is like a gamble. You might or might not get your order, and almost always have to follow up with them. I only had a single order that was on time, with every other order items were either not in stock (but I can order and pay for them?!) or there is a delay nobody tells you about. Money of course is being taken out immediately of your account when you order.
This is such a shame, as ecozone are one of the only companies out there in the UK who have a high ethical score with their cleaning products, and the products all work.

Do not buy washing machine tablets
I ordered some fragrance free washing machine cleaning tablets. I have never had an issue with my washing machine in 6.5 years. Since I have used the cleaning tablets it has smelled musty. I am very disappointed, as I thought the point of the product was to prevent this happening. I wouldn't recommend buying this product as it has caused an issue that didn't exist beforehand.

I love most Ecozone products (not so keen on the pomegranate floor cleaner), but laundry liquid, daily shower cleaner absolutely brilliant. Really trustworthy company. Good delivery service. It's a shame that their products are hardly sold in high street retailers/supermarkets as I would rather but from shops and not incur the postage.

Dodgy packaging or Courier mishandling.
Nice products. Had an issue with the packaging, as two of the bottles had been damaged and had leaked. But after a call this was quickly sorted and replacements received, with no issues.

Quick and efficient service.
Order came very quickly. Delighted with the soap nuts and whitening tablets. I would have bought locally, but am trying to stay home during lockdown. The website provided a good alternative, and I discovered some new products.
