Good product delivery not so
Delivery quick and easy to order, product nice to use and seems good-the only gripe I have is that during delivery one bottle leaked and it was all rather messy. So had to clean up the bottles before use and I lost about a quarter of the bottle, perhaps the answer is not to order liquids by delivery 🤷♀️

Disappointed
Trying to do my little part by using the laundry ball. I have no problem with the cleaning properties but it continuously broke open in the washing machine. I do make sure it is properly shut before use but this has not helped. I am now shelving it due to the risk of the pellets damaging the machine. Disappointed.

Leaves no smell but am not bothered
