I purchased a 3 in 1 lcd separator …

I purchased a 3 in 1 lcd separator through ebay from eddogo in China in November last year 2017. After a few weeks the machine arrived but the power cable was damaged. After sending photos and corresponding with eddogo themselves a new power cable was send to me, it arrived 18 January 2018. To my annoyance the machine did not come on when I plugged in the power cable and switched the machine on. In the meantime the ebay “step in date” expired. Now I can not get hold of anybody at eddogo to solve my problem. I paid 119 us dollar for this machine and in south African currency that is a huge chunk of change. I include correspondence from eddogo after receiving the machine. The company has a beautiful web site and sales consultants the works but when you try and contact them with your problem they ignore you flat.
Eddoggo promise after compliant about power cable:
Hi Danie,
eddogo sent you a message about your request:
"Hi my friend, I am sorry to hear that.Please do not worry,we are honest seller and we will help you actually. Could you please send picture attach images to messages sent from eBay by using the “Attach Photos” button? Or could you please send a video to address:Is that OK? Let me know,i need this picture to forward to our supplier for a solution. Hope for your understand. Best regards!"
