Worst Customer Service ever... NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS.. NOONE PICKS UP THE PHONE ! NOONE REPLIES. Only answering maschine.. Don't buy from this company !!!

Super selection easy process but they use UPS At least here in Germany and UPS is terrible in Germany ! They don’t make a 2nd attempt they don’t leave a notice so u can ask for a 2nd attempt at delivery and instead of choosing a Paket shop close to me they chose the one furthest from me in the same city.

Ordered the glasses and they were exactly as requested. Was a delay of a day via UPS for some reason but happy with experience.

Do not buy from this company, if you have any problems you will not be able too get any help for weeks. They will ignore all your emails and calls. The worst customer service I've experienced....

Slow to answer emails, but I got my sunglasses eventually.

I want refund, I don’t want second hand items. i’ve ordered sunglasses that came scratches on the glass and on the frame! And noone is responding at emails,messages and calling. I will have to contact OLAF for scam.
P.S. glasses doesn’t look genuine, hugo boss model 0994/fs doesn’t have polarized glasses

My order E-IE21-3082264 has not arrived and is over a month late and all my emails have been ignored.

Purchased two pairs of Ray-Ban Sunglasses - they arrived quickly and as described. I am very happy with the service i received and would buy from edel-optics again!

I strongly not recommending this optician. I ordered glasses with lenses -1.25 dpt in the right eye and -1 dpt in the left one. I paid over 100eur for Hoya lenses and I received glasses with -1 dpt in the right eye and -0.75 dpt in the left one (checked with 2 different opticians). When seeing through the bottom part of the lenses it's even worse.
I wanted to place a complaint but contacting the infoline or getting an email response is close to miracle. But I finally did that. Sent glasses to Hamburg. After 9 days after I got the delivery confirmation and 30 min holding on the infoline I was informed that they already sent me back those glasses and in their opinion there's everything alright. No proof, no information, they just sent me back glasses (about which I knew after calling them, so no trucking number/email etc.). So now I've ended up with useless glasses.
I really do not recommend Edel-Optics.

Great delivery. Super fast. Easy online purchase process.

Just a bit disappointed with the temples of the glasses. They are not aligned and the glasses feel when wearing them as if the temples have not been adjusted (too loose).
Not ideal in a just purchased glasses.

Delivery within one day to Sylt and perfekt quality and packaging.

I can highly recommend.

The first thing I have to say is that advertising is on sale at 30 per cent, but not on sale.I was dissatisfied with things like that, where things were and where they weren't.
Also, I don't think it's good that the product has been damaged when it arrived. I didn't even know it was working properly during the process of paying online, and I was worried because everything was unstable.

Everything was OK. If I need new sunglasses I would order at edel-optics again. I will recommend edel-optics to all my family and friends. Thanks for the business
