Excellent prices, avoid going to an actual shop by using the great 3D live fitting with your webcam which was really effective (but not all models). Only downside was it took 2 weeks for the specs to be prepared before they were shipped.

Seems a genuine company but I had the worst nightmare dealing with the customer care. They charged my debit card while placing the order and kept sending me emails that they can’t charge the credit card again. I was having a tough time trying to explain to the customer care that money was already taken and why should I pay again. I hope I get my money back.

They cancelled my delivery
Ordered two glasses and waited over two weeks for them to arrive. Finally, they arrive to my city on the day I was supposed to receive them, but then Edel Optics chose to cancel the delivery on their own terms. Communication with them was poor and delayed. I did not get the items in the end.
