This is the second time I am purchasing…
This is the second time I am purchasing sunglasses from edel optics and I am again very satisfied. I received the item within 4 working days, the packaging was great, the price the cheapest on the market and the rayban glasses looked really nice. I am definitely buying from them again in the future.

Terrible after sales service
received my order today, the wrong pair of glasses came in the box of the right pair of glasses. I called their support centre, after a long waiting period I talked with one employee & she said I have to send photo evidence of the wrong item via email. She reassured me that I will get a document for the return the same day. I sent them a quite self explanatory email with photos and got no answer. Tried to call again their support centre but to no avail. Not sure what to do at this point. Terrible after sales service.

I made the order from Greece, for the first time in this shop came the glasses the day they said about (not ready) the glasses are authentic and new BUT NO CASE !!!! This is not right. But I will give an opportunity and I will buy it again because of the prices and many designs that exist!
