Excellent quality of product and service, with one exception:
On the day of delivery UPS called and said that my address was missing, with some symbols in its place. Apprently when I entered it in Greek, since the site was all in Greek, the system missinterpreted the Greek characters. This ended in delivery being delayd by one day. My suggestion is either warn Greek buyers to put addresses in latin, or update the greek capability of the system. With kind regards,
