I ordered from your site a pair of sunglasses (Porsche design P8478 c, order number GR21-3183481). They were sent to me next day from the order by UPS Express and I received them to Athens in perfect condition, two days later. I will certainly prefer your e shop for my next orders, sunglasses or eyeglasses, for me and my kids while my wife is going to order next days her own sunglasses from you, as the prices and the all service are from the best to the category. I was searching for a pair of sunglasses and found this website. I don’t know if it is a legitimate company but their Greek website doesn’t have critical functionalities and information like:

- Account Login Page
- Returns Information Page
- Contact Page

among other things.

I called the phone listed on the website only to hear automated messages from a computer like voice. And even though the message said that they would call me back, no one actually did.

I also tried to send them an email to the email address proposed from the automated message, but not listed on the website, and again no one replied.

Finally I tried to contact the Facebook page listed on the website, which is their UK page, and again no reply.

In other countries they seem to have a more serious presence but in Greece they don’t according to my experience and even though I tried hard to contact them in every possible way, I didn’t succeed.

Normally I would even bother doing all that but as I said earlier I saw that in other countries they seem to operate rather normally but unfortunately not in Greece

Bought a pair of sunglasses. Shipped the next day. Arrived on time with good packaging. Price was great. Website is very informative, and e-mails received after the purchase were informative too. Would definatelly consider it for future buys!

I'm trying to contact them cuz I want to return my product. Nobody answer my emails nobody answer on the phone. They forgot to send me the return label in the box n I can't return it. So I'm trying to contact them to send me in my email. Still...

Everything else worked smoothly- but I received the wrong pair of glasses! Phone communication did not work, still waiting to be called back after waiting long enough….
Update: one week has passed- no response

everything i could ask for and more tbh.

sunglasses are perfect.
packaging is amazing and hella cute.
and delivery was on point and on time.
