My dad has just bought his 3rd scooter…
My dad has just bought his 3rd scooter (2nd from Carol at the Cramlington branch) and is thrilled to bits with it. Carol was extremely patient and very helpful, and had a very friendly manner putting us ease. She was very thorough at explaining the switches, sitting and tiller positions, and made sure dad was comfy and safe. We part ex’ed his previous scooter and it was a very easy process, drove in with the old and out with the new! Thanks Carol!

The lovely young lady Grorgia was very attentive as we decided which chair to choose very knowledgable and demonstrated the mechanics of several chairs before we decided which one we would purchase .She was able to negotiate free delivery and a discount very pleased with the service we recieved .

Perfect transaction choosing the ideal rollator in around 20minutes…
Georgina helped choose the perfect rollator for my client who is in her 80s,she let my client ‘test ride’ all the rollators in store,gave good concise information regarding folding the rollator for public transport etc we even got to walk away with a rollator that was ready to go so all in all the transaction only took 25minutes so we couldn’t be happier!

Visiting this store for the first time…
Visiting this store for the first time not knowing what I really needed as a new wheelchair user i was glad to be met by a lovely lady called Carol.
I needed a walking stick and a bag for my wheelchair which she was happy to help me with.
Lots to choose from so her helps was really appreciated. I needed a little advice with a few other matters and after paying for what I needed i was wished a nice day and went on my way. I would recommend a visit to this store if you need help with any disability aids.
