bought a scooter for the wife who has copd.
the manager georgia was extremely helpful. we were not sure exactly what we needed and she explained in detail the different types of scooters and how they were best used. my wife tried one out in store and was suitably impressed. every detail like how to separate to put in a boot of car etc was explained.

Went in today with my mum with her walking frame the taxi driver has squinted her frame lovely girls helped my mum and used her woman strength and sorted the frame. She was very helpful..
Every time I’ve been in they are always so helpful and friendly I highly recommend the shop thanks Carol and Georgia ❤️

Well equipped store and extremely helpful staff
We came across this store by pure chance whilst walking through Cramlington shopping precinct. It's a lovely shop with everything set out well and a huge array of helpful items. We were looking at an indoor motorised wheelchair for my elderly mother and Carol approached us. She was so informative and helpful yet not pushy at all. We will definitely return with my mother at some point. I really hope this shop does well.

Extremely professional and informative store
Myself and my mum visited the Cramlington branch of Eden mobility. My mom has been considering a mobility scooter for a few months now so we decided to go take a look. we met Georgina in the storm who helped us with all the scooters. She was very lovely and very informative about them. She told us all about home visit mobility scooter gentle man they have so mum could try one of the scoop as at home. Excellent customer service
I took my mum to look at powered wheelchairs. Carol and Georgia were extremely helpful and let her try them out in the shop and also the shopping mall to see what it's like to navigate around the crowds. Having visited another company the previous day at which we had dreadful customer service, we were so pleased with how we were treated here. Mum now has a fabulous wheelchair. We had a follow up call about 5 days after she'd received it to check that everything was okay. I would highly recommend this shop.

Home demonstration was excellent
Home demonstration was excellent. Two chairs demonstrated and all questions answered by a very helpful gentleman. I was able to try the wheelchairs in my own environment and purchase the wheelchair I wanted on the spot. Explained all about aftercare. Excellent customer service

Came into the cramlington store, never been in a mobility shop in my life, was looking at scooters for my mum even though she is against them. And Georgia was excellent with her knowledge on the scooters and powerchairs. We still haven't fully decided what we want to do yet but I know where ill be going when we do.

First rate service
Nothing is a trouble to Carole and Georgia. Visited the store twice to try a powered wheelchair. The operation of the chair was demonstrated on each occasion so when I purchased the chair I was confident that I could operate the chair properly. Only two days between purchase and delivery. Could not ask for better.
