I went to the Gosport branch to discuss buying a wheelchair for my husband. Steph was extremely friendly and helpful and I had no hesitation in returning a few hours later to buy the wheelchair. Steph was very efficient in giving me the best deal possible with a bonus of insurance for the first month. I can highly recommend this company .. and Steph! Thank you!

My Mum had to pop in Monday
My Mum had to pop in Monday, as she had an issue with her wheel chair,she was greeted by Steph who mum informed me couldn’t be more helpful, this was a relief to me as I was away. Steph quickly sorted the problem and gave Mum advice in how to stop the problem from recurring.Excellent service.

The staff were really helpful and informative, they showed how to use the wheelchair, and discussed the different options.
They let me try the chairs out .
The one we chose was reasonably priced and we actually had a discount on it.
Should be delivered within the week.
