I went in to Hartlepool store and was…
I went in to Hartlepool store and was greeted by dawn the managers explained I was new to this and was looking for a scooter on the mobility lease,
Dawn put me at ease I was so nervous and felt so comfortable talking about my needs.
Dawn took me outside for a demo and she talked me through everything about the scooter and the day after the scooter was delivered what a amazing service I had from the start to finish she was so polite and professional she truly is a credit to Eden.

Fantastic
Dawn has been fantastic helping us as a family to get my dad out and about in he's electric wheelchair so much easier for us as a family, we brought not just said wheelchair but other stuff from Dawn and Eden in Hartlepool. Such great experience from Dawn on every visit we have had always very welcoming and Dawn remembered us. Dawn sat down with us for a while to help us find the right wheelchair and the right items to help us better with my dad and even my mam who now and then needs to us a walking stick for her arthritis in her knees. Thank you Dawn and Eden Mobility in helping us as a family to give me a peace of mind that my dad and mam will always be well looked after not just by Dawn but Eden and as a family we would like to say thank you Dawn.

Fantastic store and staff!
I have been to Eden mobility a few times over the past couple of years and each time I have spoken to Dawn. She is the most kind and helpful lady, she goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is knowledgeable and professional alongside being friendly, inclusive and compassionate. She has helped me to find the correct mobility aids and has also looked online for me when items havent been in the store. I cant give her enough praise, she is a credit to the store and company. This is the second new mobility scooter…
This is the second new mobility scooter that i've bought this year (for my wife and my daughter) from the Hartlepool branch of Eden Mobility.
Once again, what a great experiance and all down to a lovely lady called Dawn. I found her very knowledgeable and helpful and can't thank her enough. Whilst waiting for her to attend other customers it was clear that she was genuinely interested peoples needs and not just giving some sales pitch.
The one downside however is that i wanted to purchase some extra products but when i rang the Hartlepool branch number i was connected to some central head office telephone answering machine. I don't wish to speak to an unknown voice i will instead revisit the shop where i can speak face to face with a person i know.

A fantastic experience!
Dawn was lovely from the minute we walked in. Talked us through every aspect of the scooters, made everything clear to understand and even offered a test drive. She was very apologetic with card payment issues that were beyond her control and overall made us feel very welcome!

When we went in Dawn conroy welcomed us. She asked questions to help us decide on a scooter that would be beneficial for us (not trying to push an expensive one on us). She then asked about PIP so it would be cheaper for us to get one. She also answered any and all questions asked and I asked a lot of questions.

Terrible.
Rang their helpline for a repair. Was really urgent as I’m housebound without my electric wheelchair. Person I spoke to was very dismissive because I didn’t buy the wheelchair from them. Said it would be £80 call out plus parts and labour. With no guarantee they can fix it as it’s not one of theirs. The really poor service showed a distinct lack of care. Luckily I got help elsewhere but I won’t be back to Eden for anything.
Additional in response to Edens reply. At no point on their website does it state they only repair for anything bought from them. This needs to be corrected as it’s very misleading when someone like me is looking for urgent b repair.

We want to clarify that because your wheelchair was not purchased through Eden, we unfortunately do not carry the specific parts required for its repair. This limits our ability to guarantee a successful fix, and we never want to promise something we can't deliver. The call-out fee reflects the cost of sending a technician to assess the issue, but we understand how frustrating it must have felt to hear that without a clear resolution in sight.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re taking it seriously. We’re reviewing how we communicate these limitations so that every customer feels heard and respected, regardless of where their equipment was purchased.
