Gaby from Huddersfield was very nice to me she did not judge me for been on the large size when she was helping me find a mobility scooter. She was under standing did not come a cross pushy or hurried. she tuck her time so that I did not get confused.

Riley in the Huddersfield shop was very helpful. Explained how to use the equipment, let my mum use the walking aid around the shop and showed us how to fold it up. No pressure to buy. Good experience. Made the purchase of the walking aid. Will return. Thank you.

Went in to buy a chair to help me and the manager there Riley was really helpful, he was very kind and explained all the options and tried me in different chairs to find me the best one suited to me and my budget, even had it delivered and installed with another demo at home! thank you so much for your help Riley will recommend to my friends

I visited the Huddersfield branch to be greeted by a lovely welcoming lady called Lily. She was helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I came looking for a three wheel walker and it was explained very well why I’d be better with four wheels. She showed me the difference and gave me space to decide. She was right with her suggestion and I’m glad I didn’t waste money on something no good online.

I went looking for a scooter and came out with two lovely friends lily and jess, they helped me find the perfect scooter for myself and made my life a lot easier god bless them.

Lily is very knowledgeable and willing to go out of her way to make you feel comfortable also a great personality highly recommended lily delivery is always quick this is my go to shop for supplies

Our visit to the Huddersfield shop was a very pleasant, quick and easy experience. Lily was kind and helpful and patient and good-humoured. We were able to find a suitable walker for my 89 year-old Mum which is perfect. I would definitely return there if there's anything else she needs.

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable,very helpful and helped us choose the appropriate model for our needs. We chose the Bootmaster Elite model which has been brilliant. It fits easily in the car boot. We have since enjoyed many enjoyable 'walks'. Can't recommend them enough.

Lilly is fabulous. I have bought lots of things from the store over the years but Lilly is the most helpful member of staff yet she is a diamond. Never too busy to say hello or wave if I’m passing. She goes above and beyond and even tightened my friends care Co walker breaks when they refused to help her

Lily, the salesperson was EXCELLENT. She explained everything so comprehensively and didn’t try to sell us anything we weren’t looking for but described the pros and cons of each mobility scooter/power chair fairly. She was helpful and encouraging. Fantastic customer service.
