I took my mum in today to look at a disability scooter. Both Andrew and branch manager Lucie were absolutely brilliant 🤩 They were friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. My mum wasn’t intending on purchasing a scooter today but due to their amazing service she decided to go ahead.

Lovely atmosphere when you walk in
Lovely atmosphere when you walk in. Lucie and Andrew are both extremely friendly this my second time coming to Eden Mobility in Oldham they are both very caring kind and there is no judgement whatsoever. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with things like mobility and they go above and beyond for their customers

Lucie was a pleasure to meet.
Lucie was very helpful and gave us time to try several mobility scooters. Her advice was not pressured as she helped us to select the best scooter and accessories.
Eden staff brought the new scooter to our house and helped us to put it together. The scooter has given us freedom back and it’s a pleasure (and even fun!) to get out again after several weeks of mobility challenges.
We even went back a few days later to buy a walking stick for a friend and her attention and knowledge was just as appreciated. Thank you Lucie and Eden (Oldham).

Friendly and welcoming with a wonderful store manager (Lucie)
Having visited Eden Mobility Oldham to look at scooters for my brother, Lucie the store manager was very welcoming and friendly. Lucie's knowledge of the products was outstanding and she talked us through the benefits a scooter would give my brother. He was on a budget and ended up purchasing one of the stores recon scooters. There was no pressure for him to purchase one of the more expensive as this was his first scooter. Our whole experience was wonderful and we've recommended family and friends to pay Lucie a visit. We've also been to a couple of the coffee mornings the store has on a Friday morning, they are wonderful with plenty of coffee/tea to be drank and plenty of nice biscuits as well. The coffee mornings are mainly old and new customers who are all very friendly people. A big thumbs up to Lucie.
