Lucie and Shannon are amazing, they do a coffee morning every Friday and roll out the red carpet for everyone
They meet my dietary needs as a celiac and get me special biscuits so I’m not left out. Thanks for always being so accommodating.

I recently purchased a mobility scooter from Eden Mobility. The staff in store Lucie and Shannon were brilliant guiding me to the best scooter to suit my needs. The after sale service was above and beyond all expectations helping me on several occasions. They also showed me many items for making life easier to make living in my home. Received a warm welcome and outstanding service from Lucie and Wendy at the Oldham branch in the town centre. I felt extremely supported by these two incredible members of staff whose knowledge and expertise helped me to find exactly what I needed. Just lovely, kind, caring people who went that extra mile and even made my friend and I a cup of tea whilst I was shopping. Would definitely recommend this branch and if possible, I'd have rated my experience much higher than 10/10.

The only criticism I'd make regarding Eden Mobility is the fact that calling their helpline is a nightmare as it took several lengthy calls before I managed to get through. Eventually I got through to a lovely lady called Lauren who was so pleasant and helpful and well worth the 35 minute wait it took to speak to her. However, I do think Eden could do with employing more staff on the helpline to reduce call waiting times. Despite my frustration with the difficulties I had trying to get through, I have still given Eden Mobility a 5* rating owing to the fact that I would have rated the lovely staff I have dealt with higher than 10/10.

The lady her name was lucie I think was very helpful she helped my service user find the right walker she was very nice she made us very comfortable in making the right decision so thank you once again Lucia

Oldham store with Lucie and Shannon is always a very pleasant and helpful visit weather I'm buying or just visiting in passing. Their knowledge of the products is very extensive. They are always more than happy to help and aid in any way possible. They have a very large selection of aid products in store with new and second-hand scooters. The company also hold a Friday Coffee Morning 9:30am to 11:30am every Friday and all are welcome and they do make you feel welcome with beverages and biscuits and local people/customers enjoying the day. I highly recommend visiting as there are always reductions and bargains in the offering.

Always a lovely experience joining Lucie and Shannon for coffee morning. Gets people out, having a chat and a laugh.

I'm a long serving customer with Lucie, I've made several purchases from a couple of scooters, a bed and a rise and recline. I come back for Lucie and the service she provides, I can buy from anywhere but I choose her. I have something to do every week attending coffee mornings,Lucie and Shan makes it memorable, I wouldn't get out if Eden didn't provide this event. Thanks Graham, or as Lucie fondly calls me G-unit or Big G.

Lucy was a diamond, completely inspiring, I didn't even buy anything she was just lovely and gave me her time showing me photographs of customers and how important they are to her, also invited me to coffee morning which I'll be attending next Friday as I'm busy Friday this week. Came into store today with my Nan, for a walking stick. Lucie went above and beyond, she didn’t just sell my Nan a stick, Lucie sized it correctly to her wrist watch and made sure Nan felt comfortable with it encouraging her to walk around the store with it before committing to buying. I’ve never known anything like it Nan has had several sticks and never had that before. Lucie took so much pride in the service she gave. She showed us boards of satisfied customers and invited us to coffee morning, thanks Lucie you made our day!

Lucie was excellent today she gave us very good advice on the choice of wheelchair for my mum and explained the difference in the wheelchairs we were looking at, her knowledge definitely helped us make our decision.
