Very disappointing. A relation spent a fair few quid on a bouquet but what what we recieved did not look artistic in any way and the flowers died within days.

Bad service

I ordered some flowers for my poorly sister filling in the recipients address correctly. The flowers were sent to me the sender as I hadn't unticked a box? Also the flowers were a very small bunch not like the picture on the website

Order cancelled. ?????

On ordering some flowers for my friend I paid for them with a one4all gift card. Pleased my friend would be receiving them on the anniversary of her daughters death and helping bring some sunshine into her day. Then to my horror the order was cancelled!! There was enough money on the card. The order was placed. Still trying to find out why this happened?

Hello - As discussed with you yesterday when you called into our office, you didn't place the order directly with us, you have used the amazon market place which has cancelled the order due to an issue with the gift card information. We checked all our systems and assisted as much as possible also providing you with a direct number to contact amazon customer services so that you could get this sorted with them.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

As with their reviews I agree that this company should be shut down. The flowers I sent to my friend were cheap and tacky. Nothing like the image. No gift message included. I sent hem there image and a photo my friend sent me of the flowers she epreceived and on requesting a refund I was refused with the comment they will look like the image when in full bloom. Trust me they won't even get to full bloom. I would give no stars at all if that was an option. I am getting photos of the flowers from my friend and will be reporting this company to trading standards. They should be ashamed of themselves. These were a gift to my friend who has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time so the disgraceful quality was hard to bare.

Warning. Avoid Avoid at all costs

I was sent a small bouquet to cheer me up at a sad time by a friend, On receiving this by post it was so tired and limp. two white roses were brown and heads hung down, a pink lily was brown and a stalk of greenery shrivelled up, it was awful, there was 8 stalks of flowers which cost my friend £24.99.The picture is very deceiving on their website the bouquet looks larger than it is and nowhere does it say it contains 8 stalks. On complaining and photo's sent, the Customer relations blamed it all on me for not reading instructions to cut stalks and a air lock in stems, which was of course wrong, I had done that but the flowers were past reviving, The very next day all what was left were stalks, the petals laid on the table. When I sent an email telling them to find another excuse for the awful flowers, I was told "More flowers would be sent out and to keep my emails courteous!", No Flower replacement or refund have been received, Can you wonder why there is anger in these reviews? So take my honest word and go to the supermarket where you can see how fresh they are and a third cheaper and send them yourself at a fraction of the cost

Please someone shut this company down to save us all!

Ordered a fruit basket BIG MISTAKE!!! day of delivery checked my account to see why I had not received a dispatch email or any correspondance. Well because they had NO IDEA OR INTENTION of fufilling it! Phoned the company who which I have later found out is pretending (marketed) to be a big company by the owner WHO IS the marketing dept and his wife is the customer services manager!!!!! Of course no answer on the telephone so sent email, all no response. Waited an hour nothing, so tried to phone again marketing manager finally (owner) picks up the phone with some crap about he only deals with marketing and people have phoned in sick (pretend, pretend). Gave him the details of the order and quickly wish I had'nt he couldnt be bothered left me on hold for 8 minutes then told me he had no idea whether items had been dispatched or not then said "oh they might be working on it?" but he has no idea whether it would be dispatched on time and that the customer service manager (his wife) would be in at 12am. If I wanted to ring back, not even ring me back!!!!??? Im not going to lie I kind of got angry with his whole attitude and unproffessionalism it was my Wedding Anniversary present to my husband which this Marketing manager (owner) was not bothered in the slightest about. So I asked to speak to the Owner which is when I found out I was speaking to him (gobsmacked) This whole company is a giant lie!!!! The owner was unproffessional, unorganised and should not be incharge of anything, let alone a "small business" he was not interested in fufilling my order just the money and told me I was rude and irrational and he was just going to cancel it. I have obviously not received a refund but not sure who is incharge of that dept with only the two of them. Well the Wedding Anniversary order meant alot to me and people like you and your fake company make people rude and irrational! Please please general public do not give this dogdy couple any more of your hard earned money.

Wish I'd read the other reviews ...

Flowers never arrived. Apparently they had been left in the sorting office and were no longer fit for purpose. If the recipient is out, wouldn't it be better to leave cut flowers with a neighbour, who could at least stick them in some water? A complete and utter waste of nearly 30 quid. No apology or refund offered.

Unbelievably awful flowers and experience with terrible customer service

Go and buy a £2 bunch from Aldi or Lidl, wrap them in water, and post them yourself. They are more likely to arrive before they die and it will cost you a lot less.

This was supposed to be a special surprise from a friend because of bereavement. It has turned out to be a horrible, time wasting experience thanks to the unpleasant and unhelpful staff at Eden4flowers.

The flowers (tulips) were delivered using Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. Great if you're in. Not if you're out, as it goes back to the sorting office. I picked the flowers up the next day. They were dead as there wasn't enough water in the reservoir.

After 20 minutes of discussion with Eden4flowers on the phone, where they blamed everything on everyone else, they finally agreed to send some new flowers as a goodwill gesture to an alternative address where I was staying for the bank holiday weekend. We discussed that it must go there because I would be away from home for several days. Then they left me a voicemail message to confirm they would do this.

So they sent the flowers to the original address - I was away, so once again traipsed up to the sorting office to collect my dead flowers.

On calling them to say they had sent the goodwill flowers to the wrong address, I was told I would now have to put my complaint in writing 'in accordance with company policy' and that they could not talk to me over the phone. No sorries, no sympathy, just indifferent and unhelpful. I asked to speak to them rather than having to write it all out in an email, but they refused. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told that they were all in a meeting. I asked when they would be out, and was told it could be 2 hours or all day. I asked when I could call back and was told they were unlikely to be available. Interesting - an everlasting management meeting?! (Funnily enough, the person on the phone sounded remarkably like the manager 'Mhairi' who left the voicemail.)

I said if they weren't prepared to talk to me to resolve this, I would have no alternative but to write a poor review. They then got very unpleasant, accused me of threatening behaviour (by leaving a bad review?) and being abusive (by asking to speak to a manager?) and they then hung up on me. Oh dear.

I have experienced poor customer service, but this one really takes the biscuit.

I would add that there was no name in the card so I was unable to thank the sender of the flowers. Eventually I worked out who it was and mentioned what had happened. Apparently they did send a message with the flowers and read it out to me from the screenshot they had taken when ordering. Yet another mistake from Eden4flowers.

Rubbish hamper

Smaller than appeared on website, poor quality hamper and the 'stylish gift card' is paper thin and hand torn. Thank goodness it came to me and not directly to the recipient, I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift.....oh and Dorset tea in the Somerset hamper???

Wrong flowers, wrong date, no water, no full refund.

Signed up here just to review these people. I can't recall the last time I complained about anything.

The flowers were for my wife for our anniversary and so the date of arrival was essential. They did not arrive and I was not called to say there was any problem.

On the website there is a link to tracking info, but it was blank. I called up at the end of the day and was told that when there is no tracking info then generally they are lost. Whilst I understand this is out of their control (Royal Mail), if their website showed no tracking info and they know what this means then they knew they were lost....

The lady on the phone was professional and courteous and offered to send out by courier to arrive first thing the next day, to which I agreed.

The flowers arrived the next morning and all the water had come out so the flowers were limp and the box was soggy as were the chocolates.
More importantly though, there were no "mango calla lilies" in the bunch which is the only single reason I sought out a company who could provide these! The calla lily was our Wedding flower and the website description said "Styled by our florists with mango Calla Lilies".

So, it was the wrong flowers, on the wrong day, they were limp with no water and the chocolates were wet. The No Quibble guarantee says "our promise....delivered on time and in perfect condition". Well obviously not, there is no guarantee.

I complained by email twice over a week and finally received a response a week later.
"As you will recall from details provided in the product description all varieties are subject to availability, we do suggest that contact is made with our offices to check availability if content requirements are very specific. Given that we have taken some time to resolve your complaint for you my manager has suggested that as a goodwill gesture we offer you a partial refund on this occasion of £15.00, I would be most grateful if you could confirm that this is acceptable to you."

I replied to say it was not acceptable and wanted a full refund.

Response:
"I am very sorry but as you did agree for the order to proceed it is not possible for us to process a full refund, substitutions are also covered in our product description and terms. We are only able to proceed with a partial refund."

And the point of asking me if it was acceptable was?

Altogether a disaster. Will never use again and I strongly suggest anyone reading this doesn't either.

spoke to Eden Flowers

Further to my last review of the 28th October,I have now managed to contact Eden Flowers, about the mix up with my flowers.I spoke to a very nice lady who was really helpful.Apparently I should have received red roses, instead of the bouquet that I did receive, even the delivery date was wrong, she admitted that they had made a bad mistake, and would forward the roses on to me on the correct date, with the correct gift card.

The worst company I have ever dealt with..

I purchased a mothers day bouquet as it was beautifully advertised, described as 'luxury' and even though it was pricey (around £40) I thought the quality would make it worthwhile.

Wrong.
When my order arrived, I thought I had been sent the wrong item. Firstly, the tiny roses inside were a complete mismatched colour to what as advertised, as if it was just roses they had left over. There was more leaves than anything else, it was a complete mess, the most embarrassing bunch of flowers I have ever seen and so TINY. This bouquet was described as large and luxurious. I emailed them to tell them of my disappointment and was told their florists have qualifications to arrange flowers and they hope I'd be more pleased when the orchids opened out. The orchids didn't even open fully, they were limp and dead before they'd even had chance to open and as for the supposed qualifications, there was no arranging in that bunch of flowers, at all, overly rushed.

So much for their 'no quibble guarantee' it simply doesn't exist. I did try opening a case with Paypal and included a link to photographs (Not sure if this was seen) but my money wasn't safe with them as they crazily sided with Eden 4 Flowers. It just isn't right. I really think they've opened their original photographs in an editing program and enlarged them massively so the bouquet appears large. I studied photography and there is no way at all the photographs advertised represent what I received, completely false. If you view their bouquets, take a look at the vases and stems, a lot have the same image with the different bouquets stuck over the top and enlarged. Of course the vase isn't included, it's just a stock photo.

'Our service, and our flowers are backed by our Guarantee of Satisfaction for your complete peace of mind with our promise of freshness and quality delivered on time, every time.' - Laughable.

Their customer service is awful, condescending and unhelpful, they didn't reply to my last email. Some people may have the good fortune of not seeing the flowers that they buy for people so probably don't realise just how embarrassing they are and even though my mom appreciated the thought, she flat out said I had been ripped off and couldn't believe it either.

I can't see the company improving, clearly in denial about the service. Even if I had purchased them for half the price, the poor state of the arrangement and life of the flowers would still make them overpriced.

I do not recommend Eden 4 Flowers.

Late delivery and falsely advertised

I paid a premium for the delivery of two bunches of flowers in different parts of the country. Both bunches were delivered a day later than the promised window, and when I received a photo of one bunch, it was half the size (number of stems) than what was pictured (advertised!) on the website. I've contacted the company numerous times over the last three months with no response. Their online review function is faulty so does not allow for negative reviews to be posted on their website. This strikes me as extremely dodgy. I've only found negative feedback from other customers since.

Bunch of fresias

Received these from colleagues as I'm on sick leave. So disappointing, thought they'd been real cheapskates, shocked at how much they cost. One of the stems was already wilting when they arrived - the others didn't last either.

Rubbish

Do not use - mothers day disappointment.

I order flowers and chocolates for mothers day. This was the title of the flowers so I assumed that is when they would be delivered - just prior to Mothers day.
I got an email saying they were going to be dleivered on the 6th of March. I emailed and pointed out that the 14th is when they should be delivered, the day before mothers day. I got an email saying they were sorry and they would arrive as expected. Shortly followed by an email saying they were being delivered again!
Anyway, guess what, no flowers ever arrived. I complained and was told that the delivery company had refused them. My mum is not senile and had been warned they might arrive early. When I queried this again, they said the address was wrong and that it was my mums address with the wrong postocde. They had put my postode instead of my mums. They then sent me an email saying that they knew the correct address for my mother and showed it in the email. They still didn't deliver and refused a refund as it was my mistake - I have checked on Amazon and no surprise the correct address is shown. I contacted them and said they should either deliver the flowers or give me a refund. Basicially told that it was my fault so tough! Complete rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Would NEVER RECOMMEND

I ordered a bouquet as a birthday surprise for my friend and the bouquet I selected was supposed to come with free chocolates and free delivery.
Firstly, I paid for delivery which I thought was so that I could have it sent on a specific day. It did not get sent on the day I asked.
Secondly, it did not arrive with any chocolates. After emailing them to complain about this, I had a reply to say that I must be confused. They have now taken that bouquet off the website.
I'm not going to argue over a box of chocolates but I had specifically ordered those flowers because the chocolates were my friends favourite. If I had known they weren't going to send them I would have ordered a larger bunch. I feel like I've been completely ripped off for the price I paid for a tiny bunch of flowers. I would have been better off buying a bunch from tesco and delivering it myself.

Awful, embarrassing and CHEAP. DO NOT USE, unless for someone you hate

Absolutely appalled and wish I checked reviews before ordering. Just thought they would get it right as it's a simple item.
Ordered and paid for next day delivery, arrived a day late (for an anniversary!!) however with an understanding wife all was well.
Flowers were nothing like their picture and came in a card board box, sealed. not as a bouquet, which if told I wouldn't have purchased and they were half the size of the picture!!
Only use for your worst enemy!

Absolutely appauling company

Would never order from this company ever again. Ordered flowers for my mums birthday which were delivered on time, but thrown over a 6ft gate with damage to the packaging. The flowers were so small compared to the picture on their web site, frankly would have been better going to my local garage and buying from them! Contacted customer care (joke) and asked for a refund or new flowers, but apparently this isn't possibleas I had received the correct flowers and that my complaint was now closed! Shocking customer service! AVOID by all means!
