The response I got provided 3 links to critical info each of which could have been the source of my problem.
As it turned out the product manual indicated a link to the wrong app which was key to my issue.

Unfortunately my item never arrived well it was delivered but when I went to get it it was gone. I was speaking to a customer service representative by the name of Anna via email she was the nicest person I have ever spoken to very down to earth and just so nice she helped me out a lot.
