I reached out via text. Super fast response. They paused my order, let me add a free item i couldnt add before (due to malfunctioning website), and provided the $9 discount for free delivery!!

Excellent customer service!!
What made my experience great was my interaction with Anna from customer service. I reached out to customer service through email. I was considering canceling my order. In fact I had sent an email requesting to cancel it. Then Anna replied and helped me. I decided to go ahead with my order afterwards. I think that makes her a great asset for the company. She was very nice and friendly and replied promptly to my emails. Now I'm excited to get my new toys!!

I received my order expeditiously
I received my order expeditiously, and it was packed with great care. I have yet to use my new found fav s due to time constraints; however, I am anxious to do so.
I was/am confused by the ‘CR’ rep informing me of the product and attempting to have me purchase it. Not once, but several times. I responded explaining I ordered the product and asked for a recommendation on another. I was afforded the same email advising me of the same sell pitch that was previously received, on the product had already ordered and received/ And no recommendation on the item I considered purchasing.

Had a snafu with my new penis pump after a week of usage. Contacted customer care via email, and Abel responded almost immediately. After answering a few questions, he informed me that he would send me a new one. In short, it was a great experience and excellent customer service. Outstanding customer service
I ordered a few things from Eden. First, let me say their shipping was the fastest I have ever received. One of the items was missing a piece that was needed for it to work. I contacted customer service and explained what was missing. Customer service offered to replace the full piece. I explained I only needed the part that was missing and they advised they do not sell that piece separately and is replacing the entire toy.
I am overwhelmingly happy with the order and their customer service.

I accidentally gave the wrong address…
I accidentally gave the wrong address on my order by not paying attention to my payment information autofill. I contacted customer service when it said my package was delivered in the wrong state. Once we figured out what had happened, I apologized and figured that was the end of it. Instead, they replaced my order and sent it to the proper address with no fee!! I am very appreciative and impressed with their customer service. They also responded immediately. Didn’t leave me hanging at all. Great company!
