Worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered sereveral lamps from them. Some of them arrived dammaged one was not working at all. It took months to accept my warranty claim. During these months Maria Grazia have repplied once every two moths and did everything to avoid responsibility. Or just quit repplying if she wish. This purchase was one year ago. They had the lamp fixed in factory but sent me back broken. She pomised new part but quit communication. Shame.

I made an order on 27/10/2021 , paid and have so far received only some pieces from my order, however there are some pieces that are still missing.

I have tried to contact this company via email, whattsapp, facebook messenger, and have tried calling multiple times, but there has been no response. Now contacted relevant authorities as this is not acceptable- not to communicate with your clients.

I ordered a lamp on Nov. 17. The package was badly damaged and the lamp inside was broken in two when it arrived at my house 2 weeks later. I followed the instructions on the company's website and sent them pictures of the damaged product. There has been no response; they have not even confirmed that they received my email, which I asked them to do repeatedly. Their phone number does not exist. There also has been no response to messages via their Facebook channel. It seems that the 150 euros which I paid for the lamp are lost.

Something is very bad with this company!
I am living on Madeira, Portugal, and wanted to order a lamp (€681,-). Before ordering I've checked their website if they deliver to Portugal and was happy to see that they do.
I ordered my lamp and payed the € 681 with (luckily) my VISA card. After 5 minutes I received both an order and payment confirmation.
Since the website said the lamp could be send out within a day, I checked my email the next morning, anxious to see if the lamp was on its way to me. Big disappointment!! There wasvan email just stating that my order was cancelled. Right away I tried to call several times, without success, the line is always busy. I then send an email asking why my order which already was payed for was cancelled. I received an email with one sentence.."we don't deliver to Madeira". Nothing about putting money back in my account so I'd send another email asking about when they will transfer my
€ 681 back in my Visa account. NO REPLY! I'd then send 3 more emails during the day with the same question quess....NO REPLY!
I have already contacted VISA I wait a few days if the money will be back in my account, if not legal steps will be taken by VISA against the company in order to get my payment back.
Bad experience, avoid buying there!

A couple of hours after placing my order online and tranferring the money, I received an email from MariaGrazia of Eden Illuminazione, informing me that the lamp is no longer available. After that, there has been no response for over two weeks. As I am still waiting for my refund, I will start legal proceedings.

We bought the Lampe de Marseille Mini and it is of absolute top quality!!!! Don't listen to the bad reviews because this company has the lowest prices in the whole of Europe so far!!!! I had it delivered to family in Holland and they sent it to us in Australia (shipping €50). Here they charge for the same lamp triple that price. You can't go wrong buying from these guys if you want a design piece for a very reasonable price. O yes the best way to communicate is via WhatsApp we noticed. Grazie mille Eden Illuminazione!!!!

Its my second purchase from this site. My first purchase was not good since it took them to deliver the item i purchased appx 5 months!!.I just thought that it was bad timing and that my second attempt would be better since the products i purchased was ment to be send in 1-2 working days. I made the order on the 12th of May and since then i haven't received any news about it. I have send them an e-mail asking for an update of the status of my order but nothing. Today i send them my second e-mail. i really hope that they will find the time to respond.

No response to emails, phone calls and several weeks later no product has arrived. Very worrying. I would avoid using again.

Having ordered a lamp ARTEMIDE CHOOSE PARETE and paid per credit card shortly after I got it 7 weeks later. In the order process it was supposed to be 15 days! I send mails 4 weeks after ordering to the customer service - no reaction. A few days after my first post here (1 star) I was informed that the article was dispatched. Finally I have it now, article is without any defect or complaint. Conclusion: very cheap price, service expandable.

Head of the portal no knowledge about e-commerce business in EU.Head of the portal tried to cancel my order after the payment of the offer.
Your mistakes do not want to admit.Absurdity to absurdity.Until 12/02/2017. I had very good experience with this portal.Head of the portal wants to spend Geoblocking on children's way.

I've tried to contact many times. E-mails, telephone calls. But no reaction at all. We're now waiting for over two months for our products. We will call in help from European Consumer Centre and Comitato Difesa Consumentori.

In the last 5 years I bought there all my exquisite lamps ( and they were many). The price offered by edenilluminazione is unbeatable and you find there treasures for affordable price. Normally they react very quickly. I had to wait longer for my last order, but it was something special that I could not get anywhere else. So it was worth waiting.

I ordered a Flos lamp and it came from Italy to Finland in 7 days! The lamp was very well packed and they brought it to me straight to home. I paid via bank transfer and can though recommend it is a safe way - and also a little bit cheaper - to pay your product(s). I'll definitely buy from them again! +++++

Found just the special lamp I was looking for and ordered it on Eden Illuminazione webshop. Really good price and hoped that the order would go smoothly.... and it did, no problems at all. Easy ordering, good and fast service on questions by mail and the package was wrapped carefully. Fast shipping! Just Excellent. Thanks.

I was looking specifically for this lamp and ordered it with Eden Illuminazione as it was much cheaper than in The Netherlands. If it only comes to 10 - 20 euros that's OK, however in this case I was able to save more than 100 euros!! Furthermore the shipping was only 10 euros, it was very well boxed and arrived within 4 working days.
If you're looking for an extraordinary lamp of Italian design Eden has it all. The site is clear and easy to use and comes with two languages which comes in hand for me perché il mio italiano non è così buono. ;-)

I have ordered lamps (2) at Eden because they were best priced on the internet. They keep you posted by mail on the status of your order. It is always a risk to pay upfront but I must say it went very well. They came in a good package to Holland. Thanks a lot, I am very satisfied.

I placed a first order few weeks ago after checking prices and Eden proposing same items lower than 30% to others.
Received the lights in very strong and protected boxes in short time.. With freight cost offered...
So first experience : perfect.
I just placed 2 new orders last and this week let see if they are still performing.. Hope so..

I bought twice at Eden illuminizione. Both times the lamps came in strong big boxes. They were sent by DHL.I was satisfied with the delivery.
The last time I ordered Cini&Nils Componi200 with lenses. The lenses I didn't like and I wanted them to return. So I ask for a return authorization number at customer service. They told me to send the lenses back in the box in which they came and to send them back with the same carrier they were delivered. When I told customer service that DHL would charge me 80euro's instead of 20euro's if the post (insured till 500euro's with a track&trace) would deliver the lenses they told me they would not accept the package.
So for me it is not worthwhile to send back the lenses or to change them because of the high shipping cost.
So be very very sure you will like your product!

I had problems with customer service of the society edenilluminazione after have returned goods with a post assurance : a lamp has been broken by delivery, said the customer service but the service didn t made declaration of damage near the post office. So i can t have been refunded .
For the intact lamp i have waited for 3 months to be refunded because of an informatique problem with their payement service clickandbuy! I complained many times for this problem of refundement and i received from edenilluminazione customer service despising insults and threats by mails and also by post on the net because i witness about the problem of refundement i have to support..
