Jamie window Fitter
Jamie, came to fit 2 windows one easy clean the other a Tilt and turn.
He laid dust sheets before doing the work and hoovered afterwards. We didnt have parking space to fit the van he was having to carry heavy equipment half way up the road. I have never seen someone work so hard and still had a smilie on his face at the end of the day and with his energy.
Nice, clean and very hard working.
I would full recommend Eden Windows and Jamie.

Complete process, of new front door install was proffesional, and the company adhered to all quoted times. Sales, and installation teams were very informative and helpful, and end installation by Grant was exceptional, no hesitation in recommending this company.

Lovely job in Canterbury
Steve and Adam have just today finished putting up the new conservatory -my wife and I are delighted with their efforts. Great guys to work with - very capable, helpful and hard-working. There are still a few milestones to reach - the electrician and the plasterer are still to come but we are confident that they will finish off the project beautifully. A big thanks to Steve and Adam!

I had a very good experience with Eden windows. The communication was excellent and each part of the process was clearly explained. They were even able to expedite the installation of my windows by a few days to accommodate the fitting of a new kitchen. Bridget was great in coordinating everything and Grant was a very experienced installer, who fitted the two new windows in no time at all and with minimal disruption. Replacement conservatory roof changing from polycarbonate to glass
Everything was perfect from start to finish, from when Sam came out to give us a quote and help us to make the right choice for our house. This continued with the excellent customer service of Dan and Bridget who helped everything go smoothly preparing us for the he day of installation. On the day the installation team arrived , Steve and Adam,we could instantly tell that we were in safe hands, they were hard working, friendly and considerate of our property. They pulled down the old conservatory roof and constructed the new one in four days and left everything spotless and the finished product was amazing and we could not thank this company enough and would highly recommend them

The best window fitting experience
From sales to fitting we had a brilliant experience with Eden, Graham was so helpful and polite and allowed us to decide exactly what we wanted.
We then had windows fitted by Lee and Ryan, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, they were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. They took great care to protect our home, covering everything before they started and making sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.
Not only did they do a brilliant job with the fitting, but they were also so easy to talk to, making the whole process stress-free. Their attention to detail and workmanship were excellent, and it’s clear they are true experts at what they do. Their knowledge and skill really showed in the quality of their work, and we felt completely confident that everything was being done to the highest standard.

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish. I spent the last few months researching on which company to contact and have probably contacted a good handful of them. Eden stood out from the first meeting. Andrew is a great designer and gave me suggestions and solutions to issues that I had and didn't even know I had! I'm 5ft so not exactly the tallest so the kitchen window was difficult for me to open. He suggested the opening to be on the bottom (top hung) which had never crossed my mind. Genius. I no longer have to climb onto my counter tops to open the window (don't laugh). Paul was also great, he finalised everything and offered even more solutions to my noise issue (master bedroom by the main road) which I can safely say, has reduced drastically. Steve and Adam, both pleasant, hardworking window installers that left the place spotless. Very friendly chaps that got the job done flawlessly. I'm so happy with the windows and glad that I went for Eden Windows. Definitely will keep in touch for future projects. Thanks again!

Stewart, played a critical role during the sales process. I wanted to recreate my current stained-glass door. Stewart was very helpful and knowledgeable. At no point did he apply any sales pressure. Thanks to his expertise, I now have an incredible replica of my original door. Moreover, this door is functionally superior to my last door.
Grant installed my door. He was proficient, friendly and helpful. He left the work area clean and tidy. It looks fabulous.
All my dealings with Eden Windows have been pleasant and professional. This includes Bridget, installation mgr, and Paul who did the survey.
