Great service from start to finish. Helpful advice from Arif who started things off and very efficient service all round. Scott and Mike did a superb job fitting my beautiful new French doors replacing an old sliding door. Quick clean work left every thing neat and tidy, taking away all the old fittings. Will certainly ask this company as regards some windows which will soon need replacing. Thank you Eden Windows.

Having previously had a front door fitted by Eden Windows and been extremely impressed, they were our go to company when we needed to replace some windows. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with, from the quote/sales stage (no pushy sales pitch, thank you Chris!) through to the communication regarding the installation. The installation of the windows was completed to an extremely high standard, Lee and Ryan worked hard and obviously take immense pride in their work and we are extremely impressed by the finish. The windows look great and I’m impressed with the quality. I’ve no doubt I will be using Eden Windows again.

Just had new windows and Bi fold doors fitted to my house.What a great job Lee and Ryan have done they worked hard to get the job finished in 3 days .They fitted the windows and doors with great care so we have no making good to do at all and the finish is 1st class we would defiantly recommend Eden windows thanks again Lee and Ryan !

Dave and Martin turned up on time and were speedy and efficient. They have made a lovely job of installing a sash window in the basement under difficult conditions. The window looks brilliant.

I have numerous recommendations to use Eden windows and they proved correct. I recently used them when buying new Bi-fold doors and from start to finish the experience was easy with a fantastic end product. Just had a new front door from Eden Windows. It was fitted quickly and efficiently by Steve and Adam. The door is of high quality. Very pleased so far

The two man installation team arrived on time (early actually) and went about removing the old door and fitting the replacement with absolute professionalism. First rate job and carried out, in my opinion, very quickly. Just under 2 hours.

Recently had 10 windows and 2 doors fitted, Steve and Adam arrived at the arranged time, they were very courteous and worked well. Our old windows were a right pain to remove which meant it took 4 days for the installation, we were advised that it would be 3/4 days so this was not unexpected. Steve and Adam worked with great attention to detail, they are a credit to Eden windows. Only small negative, it would be good for the salesman to have a little more knowledge of building regulations as we had to completely change the design of the windows, having said this Cliff was very accommodating with our communications and a pleasure to deal with. All in All our experience with Eden windows was a very positive and we would have no hesitations in recommending Eden windows to anyone. Thank you, they look great.

Over the past 9 months Eden Windows have installed three sets of doors for me and I have rated each one a “Job Well Done!” from ordering and surveying through manufacturing and on to delivery and installation.
A week ago Graham made a service call during which he made several detailed changes to the locking mechanisms on two of the doors which resulted in both operating with silky smoothness - another “Job Well Done!”.

The doors were lovely. For the first fortnight! Then they stuck & wouldn’t close. I have had to call them out every few months. They fix the doors, which stay good for a few weeks, then drop again.
2 years on, and they are now telling me I have to pay for repairs!
Altogether a bad experience with a low quality product

I recently had my windows and front and back doors replaced. The work was outstanding. The guys who did the work for me were second to none. Very professional. They left my house just as they had found it. Excellent quality service. Thank you all.

Had conservatory roof replaced with glass. Whole process was competent and professional. Quotation experience was excellent and the quotation provided was comprehensive, priced appropriately and provided quickly. Job was Surveyed by a professional surveyor before ordering and fitting the roof. Fitting was done by two people who knew what they were doing and were efficient, tidy and well organised. Also pleasant and friendly. Everything went to plan.

Had my bi-folding doors fitted yesterday. They look lovely. Steve and Adam were very good and worked really hard all day. They left both inside and outside of my house clean and tidy. Will definitely use his company again next year or my consratory. Thanks lads.

We are absolutely thrilled with the quality and the look of our new windows, patio doors and doors from Eden Windows. From the very start of our installation journey, we have been very impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff at Eden Windows. Cliff the salesman, was supportive to our needs and questions with patience and without any pressure. The surveyor, Dean, was incredibly thorough, meticulous and knowledgeable taking time to ensure everything was clear for the fitting process, along with Dan through the checking process. We were very fortunate to have Lee and Ryan as our fitters. We are absolutely delighted with the time they took and meticulous approach, ensuring the windows and doors were fitted with precision and care. We cannot praise them enough. And also working with Bridget has been a delight in her efficiency and rapid response to any questions or requests.
