I was very impressed by the service I…

I was very impressed by the service I received when contacting EDFs customer helpline. I was greeted by Clare who soon put me at ease.
After explaining my problem, she went above and beyond the line of duty. Nothing was too much trouble for her. All my questions were answered in a friendly manner, which I could also understand. Never once did I feel rushed; nothing was too much trouble.
It was so reassuring to be able to talk to someone in person, who was also happy to listen to my problem.
Thank you EDF and Clare. Keep up the good work.

Customer ServiceI contacted the company today to…

I contacted the company today to request clarification on the tariffs available to me. I spoke with Christina who was very helpful and provided me with comprehensive details of the tariffs. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions to ensure I made the correct decision. The service was professional, efficient and reassuring.

Person on the other side of the call was very professional, understanding and fair. The whole process was very humane and I wish everyone to be supported by such person with their query and be provided with such outstanding customer support.

Jordan was very helpful when I rang

Jordan was very helpful when I rang. It was nice to have a human reply and it was timely. I didn't have to wait long. My issue was quite complex but Jordan sorted it all out, as it wasn't straight forward. He helped me get the best result for my circumstances and appreciated the difficulties I had faced.

It was lovely to have such a great experience these things don't generally happen now.

Unhelpful and unable to resolve issues

I have made several phone calls and wasted a lot of my time when I could’ve been putting it to better use.
Why is it every time I ring EDF and speak to someone they say? Yes that’s fine. I’ll sort that out for you two days later. I’m still making several phone calls. I will not be using EDF again once my contract is finished.
