I was very impressed by the service I received when contacting EDFs customer helpline. I was greeted by Clare who soon put me at ease.
After explaining my problem, she went above and beyond the line of duty. Nothing was too much trouble for her. All my questions were answered in a friendly manner, which I could also understand. Never once did I feel rushed; nothing was too much trouble.
It was so reassuring to be able to talk to someone in person, who was also happy to listen to my problem.

Why is it every time I ring EDF and speak to someone they say? Yes that’s fine. I’ll sort that out for you two days later. I’m still making several phone calls. I will not be using EDF again once my contract is finished.
