All I needed to know and more

I got the answers to my original question about my bill, and found out some other useful things as well.
My question was about my empower tariff which was answered, but I also found out when I am next due for a new gas tariff, what to do when my credit grows, and an update was made to the vulnerable customer register.
Ross was very knowledgeable and I am confident that my enquiry has been fully completed.

Stephen listened to my request and explained all the options clearly so I fully understood the different tariffs.

I was dreading sorting out problems with my bill

I was dreading sorting out problems I was having with an estimated bill. However, I was extremely fortunate that an operative introduced as Sy ((Simon) took my call as I was also dreading an automated nightmare!! He was the most positive, professional, friendly Customer Service Operative I have spoken to in a long time in a kind and efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble, and the issue has been, hopefully, resolved.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Doing something as easy as transfering an account from an old to a new tenant was literally impossible. Was asked to provide the same information at least three times, and they couldn't really figure it out. Massive waste of time.

we are in 2026 and doing something so simple is an insurmountable challenge for an energy company? what a joke

Quick response to email

I emailed regarding renewing my Export 12M tariff, Ross responded very quickly to the email and extended my tariff. Other than having to send an email, was painless.
