Ordered online on 12/13/25 for delivery on 12/14 to be fulfilled by the nearest "franchise" store. 12/14 received email of delivery, but didn't hear from recipient on either 12/14 or 12/15. Called recipient 12/16. Delivery NOT made. 12/16 at 1:30pm called store about non-delivery.They checked on it & said an Uber Eats driver had delivered it. I had not been made aware that some food delivery service was being used instead of having their own. I told them delivery was not made. They told me they would send out a replacement product. I was told they would inform me when it left the store for delivery and that the delivery driver would send me a photo confirmation of delivery. I did not hear from them again on 12/16. 12/17 arrives & I expect to hear from them fairly early assuming my order would be top priority since there had already been a screw-up. At 2pm I had still not heard anything from them so I called again. Was told it was out for delivery. They never called as promised to let me know when it left store. At 6:30pm still nothing from store, driver or recipient. Again I call store. Employee who answered phone checked with driver & order was still in drivers vehicle, still to be delivered. Order was finally delivered 15 mins later. Driver called me with verbal confirmation. Recipient texted me with verification and photo. No photo was sent by driver as store had promised. On the whole, there just appeared to be no real concern by the company store that they had thoroughly botched my delivery and surprise gift to my recipient.
I have found in my experience that the "franchise model" used in companies leaves much to be desired when it comes to the customer experience on many occasions. Many companies using franchises appear to use them more to save brand name money and avoid responsibility for poor customer service. I feel many companies just do not create enough oversight over there franchise stores and how these stores are serving the public. You would think that wouldn't be the case if it harms the brand.
As for using food delivery services such as Uber Eats shows me that the company is again passing the buck and accountability for their service. If I had known that Edibles did business in this manner and that they did not have in-house delivery service, I would have never ordered from them in the first place.
I will not do business with them in the future.

I believe this response says it all. Not even an apology. And I ordered a Christmas Fruit Bouquet. I have no idea what Rodies are.
Terrible experience with the 1 and only…
Terrible experience with the 1 and only order I placed. Items were missing, the note wasn't included so the receiver had no idea who sent the gift. Company's website support form is non functional making it impossible for you to get any support. Steer clear and use a professional like Harry and David to send your gifts instead.

When they stated 'hand delivery' I expected the order to be handed to a person. My order of cut fruit was dropped off at the door, which is illegal in TX, and part of the order was missing.
I cannot recommend this store.
Their phone is only answered by voicemail and they have yet to return the 2 messages I left them.

Ordered a 75th birthday gift a week before the delivery date, paid extra delivery surcharge, and it never got delivered. Called the store and corporate and it was nothing but finger pointing. No one could care less that I paid $130 for nothing. Corporate guy was borderline rude and said "blame the website, it's shitty". All I heard was "it's not my fault" and he spoke rather aggressively as opposed to apologetic as I wouold expect. No one could even pick up a phone to call me and say that my order wasn't going to be delivered. I will never order from them again.

I ordered my sister in law birthday cupcakes Friday going into early sat morning for a Sunday delivery her birthday. The store is #917 in Hagerstown MD. The lady at the store calls me 20 minutes before the store is closing on Sunday to let me know its toʻ far to deliver and their delivery driver is out sick. I said ill call n check on if they would be home Monday and call her back checked the number with her and she says yes please call me back. I called her from 1:40 until 1:59 and everytime it went to voicemail.i finally left a vm to cancel the order as they won't be home. Ive been on hold with corporate for over 30 minutes now they just keep pressing a button to put it on hold. Horrible company . I will file with PayPal and my bank for services for a refund not delivered. Do not believe it when they say same day or next day service. Worst customer service ever.

I so am not a person to often follow through on issues that in all fairness, are small in comparison to life's bigger problems. However, In still in disbelief that store 611, Cincinnati Ohio, has refused to pick up the phone to resolve issues with fruit that was old and a delayed delivery.
The arrangement did arrive the next day however my son took one of the apples that was chocolate coated and stood over the sink and squeezed it while water dripped from it. I'm guessing when it didn't get delivered, they put it in a cold refrigerator and as it thawed on delivery, it turned into mush.
I still have been unable to reach the store. Totally ghosted. The arrangement was over $100 including a $10 tip which I obviously regret. What a horrible way to run a company and get repeat business. I just don’t get it!

My daughter sent me a fruit bouquet and cookies for Father’s Day because my husband, her dad, had recently died. The fruit tasted like aftershave. I guess whoever created it had cologne on their hands which makes me wonder if they are practicing food handling hygiene protocols. The order was for 12 fresh baked cookies but only 6 showed up and they were stale. I called to say the fruit wasn’t good and the manager said he would send another the next day. At 6:30 that day I called again because the fruit wasn’t delivered. The manager said “the girls” couldn’t find my order so it must have been from another store. I read him his address and store number from the receipt that came with the order confirming it was his store. He is going to send it out first thing in the morning. We’ll see. My daughter spent over $200 for this sh*t show

I ordered a box of berries for my mother for Mother’s Day. Order confirmation said the berries would be delivered on the 10th of May. Whole weekend goes by, my box doesn’t show up. I finally track down the box, it was sent to a FedEx store front instead of delivered to my mother. She went to pick the up today and the berries are rotten. FedEx doesn’t refrigerate packages, so my $100 box of berries is ruined. So incredibly bush league and unprofessional. I want my money back, but of course I can’t get a hold of anybody from the company. Will never use their “service” again.

I ordered for my mom for Mother’s Day (spent over $100!) It was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, but was NEVER delivered. When I contacted customer service they told me they wouldn’t charge me a re-delivery fee! What! It wasn’t even delivered yet and I already paid for delivery! They could not help me at all! They were not even able to tell me when it would be delivered, only telling me to contact Fed-Ex.

Ordered a fruit arrangement for my uncle coming out of hospital. From the start the website kept giving me errors and customer service was very poor.
The Hamilton store was very useless to say the least. They kept telling me that someone would follow up and no one did.
Then the driver called and went to wrong address and wanted to leave it outside!
When I called my uncle he was home. The driver did not know where he was going and wanted to leave this at wrong address. Lesson learned! Will not be placing any future orders with this company. Worst customer service! Never called to apologize or offer a discount.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Should be zero stars. Ordered a birthday treat for my wife to be delivered at her office. Put in a very specific address within the order form, but they delivered it to a completely different address, which delayed final delivery by one day. Called customer service, and they blamed FedEx's shipping policy and didn't even offer a partial credit, a coupon for a future order...nothing. Don't promise to do one thing on your website to get me to make a purchase, not follow through, then blame a shipping partner (that YOU contract with) as if you're at zero fault. What a joke of a company. Fool me once...don't worry, I'll never give you the opportunity to fool me again.

Had we only read the reviews. Looked at pictures.
I called and complained for my son inlaw and spoke with someone that said email us the pics order number and your info. I did that on 3/14 the person said her name was NAY and they no longer answer calls from our phone numbers. Nay stated she would give full credit to be used at Edibile plus an additional credit for the time and trouble if we agreed to no refund. I have since email again and called from different numbers to no avail. They must have caller ID they will not answer calls from either of us now.
I called now they dont have an employee named Nay. HOW insulting --- I have a call log and email I sent to Nay?? She Provided the email address of the true business owner

Ordered an arrangement for my brother's birthday the night before from the website and wanted it delivered to his home 60 miles away...website is so discombobulated. you would think they would direct you to the location that delivers to his area, but no, so I did the best I could because it was the closest on the opposite side of the river. It wasn't so I was instructed to drive 40 miles to pick it up or they would throw it out...and NO refunds. NEVER will do business with Edible Arrangements again...
Stale cakes Shoddy service
My daughter bought 2 cakes for me and my husband birthday. Delivery shoddy- Didn't have Helium Balloons . put in a stick balloon- Cakes were stale and frosting separated. Called up the local store and manager said to contact headquarters but she didnt have the phone number to get a refund which the manager said we had to go to headquarters to get the refund. Answering machine. No one calls you back. Just want to give a refund to my daughter yet it seems like headquarters doesnt exist??
