An order was placed. I had a clarification I wanted to make to the order. I called the store 4 times. All times it sent me to voicemail. I left 3 voicemails and never heard from the store. In fact, when I called the second time, 15 minutes after the first call, it said that the store was "closed".
I would never use this organization again.

Ordered the large "Cheer Me Up Bouquet" from the Winnipeg, Manitoba shop. The edible bouquet was attractive and delicious. It was delivered as requested, but the size was very small, nothing like the company's website photo. A rip-off. Buyer beware.

Ordered an arrangement for my Mom's birthday. Never was delivered. Call customer service several times with no results. I called the store in FL myself with never getting them to answer the phone. Past her birthday I wanted the order cancelled. I can't believe this but I call to cancel they said they would enter a claim and if I didn't hear back from the store in 24 hours to call back and they would cancel my order. I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get a refund. Black ball Edible Arrangements!!!!
Good gift
A little pricey but delivered was promised, fresh and delicious. Worth it to give something special for any occasion. We got the Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberries.

@2:06PM PST to 2:37PM PST - Played "pass the buck" with SEVERAL Edible Arrangements representatives to determine WHEN I could expect my funds to be returned to my credit card. Finally, spoke with "Alex" at the Bellevue, WA store and told that ALL NOTES WERE IN THEIR SYSTEM ON MY ORDER AND MGR WAS SUPPOSED TO PROCESS REFUND. When I inquired as to why the refund had not been finalized by the mgr, Alex stated "oh, I don't know. He was probably busy"...WHAT??!!
@2:55PM PST - Contacted Edible Arrangements Corporate Headquarters Customer Service and requested that my case be escalated to a Regional and/or District Manager for callback follow-up NO LATER THAN MONDAY, OCTOBER 17TH @ 5PM PST!
As of 11:54AM PST on Monday, Oct. 17th, I still have not been refunded my monies that should NEVER HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO BEGIN WITH, nor has anyone at EA attempted to contact me, as requested!!
My advice to anyone thinking of using Edible Arrangements...GO TO SOMEONE WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT FULFILLING YOUR ORDER!

Was hoping to send coffee and cream strawberries. Ordered yesterday but found out today that they had no coffee? Clearly a management issue. If it’s a popular order then keep your supplies coming. No offer to try another store. Staff was overwhelmed. Thanks. I’ll go elsewhere. You are unreliable and poor customer service.

If I was able to leave a zero I would have. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and some cakes and chocolate for my mom for Labor Day. It was to be delivered on Saturday September 3. My mom to this date has received nothing. I paid 140.00 dollars for this order. I have emailed the company twice and have not gotten a response. Never again will I use this company and neither should you. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. The worst!!
Poor customer service
Placed order which arrived without all items delivered and the chocolate strawberries and cookies were all tossed around inside the box. Emailed twice regarding not receiving all product but no reply. My guess is most people don't ask their gift recipients exactly what they received and they get away with this a lot!

We ordered birthday gift set for our sister to arrive on her birthday by 5pm on 8/28/22. Our instructions were to leave inside the ENCLOSED porch in case she was out celebrating her birthday with other family members. This is a safe neighborhood no porch pirates. The gift set was not delivered because no one was home. Why would they accept my delivery instructions if it was against Corp policy? I paid $9.99 for delivery and $8.99 service fee? Total $18.98 for delivery fees. Next day same issue, except it was delivered with nobody home? I called to ask why you couldn't deliver the day before as per my instructions but it's ok today. The manager Emily said she was doing me a favor against Corp policy. So I should be thanking her. Really? Just a small Goodwill gesture could have been offered like add a balloon or a small sample box of chocolate to satisfy an unhappy customer, or God forbid a small price adjustment in the ridiculous delivery and service fees. The distance for delivery was less than 1 mile from the Bayport NY Store. We have ordered in the past for birthdays, funerals, graduations etc. We're done with Edible Arrangements. I'll patronize my local merchants going forward who do very similar products and also deliver nationwide.

RE: STORE IN LEXINGTON KY. Horrible customer service. They failed to deliver a bday present that I ordered a month in advance. Called me at 5:45PM the day of, saying delivery wouldn't be completed and when I asked for it to be delivered first route tomorrow they said that wasn't possible either and maybe its best I pick up. I am in Boston, who would I pick up. Besides, I paid for delivery for a reason. The staff who called gave me a worldwide of excuses and said that she'll call me tomorrow around the same time (5:45PM) if it can't be delivered. This is unacceptable! The least they could have done is said that for sure this will be delivered tomorrow. HORRIBLE!

Terrible. I received a fruit bouquet, flower bouquet and Godiva Chocolates as a gift. Fruit was past its prime, flowers were wilted, chocolates were OK. I called to complain. They sent new flowers, no fruit and the bouquet of roses with Alstroemeria was in worse condition than the first bouquet. I'll never, ever order from them! I stopped short of letting the giver know; she would feel awful.

If I can give this review negative stars I would. I ordered a platter to be delivered in Bellevue Washington. Corporate acknowledged that there was no proof of delivery and I waited over two weeks and nine phone calls through the store and corporate to reach the manager “Alan”, Since corporate said the manager has to issue me a refund. When he finally called me, he said “well since it says it was delivered, I can’t refund you you have to go to corporate for that”. He was highly unprofessional, did not try to accommodate me by any means and the corporate process to refund someone is absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever use this company again.
Can't get either my order or a refund
On hold right now with Edible Arrangements. This is my 3rd phone call attempting to get a refund for my order which was never delivered. This is a very painful process and not at all customer friendly. I do not recommend Edible Arrangements. There are so many other options for fruit gifts, etc.

My edible fruit was of poor quality. I called immediately to let them know and sent pictures to the supervisor at millennia blvd. Ste 101 Orlando Florida 32839. A couple of strawberries were spoiled, the watermelon and pineapple was not sweet, She never responded to my emails and didn’t return my calls.
My order was 100% ruined and they didn't care!
My order was a gift from my nephew. It had a sticker saying Saturday Rush delivery and it was delivered by FedEx on Monday. The box was leaking and sagging. An arrangement of flowers was smushed and a box of chocolate covered strawberries was complete mush, already well on its way to being overly spoiled and smelly and nothing even close to "edible." Customer service offered to resend it once but if it still didn't meet expectations, tough: no refund, not sending it out again. It was as if they thought I was trying to get free deliveries of chocolate covered strawberries! The disgregard for the customer's satisfaction was palpable. I asked for my nephew's money to go back to him and for the company to reevaluate their policies. Maybe they should reconsider FedEx as a delivery partner with such an abject failure. They in no way tried to ensure that this situation would be made "right." What is the world coming to?
Very unprofessional
My wife wanted to do something nice for a Family that has helped us out a lot. Lovely idea I was very grateful he and his family was helping us out with the One of the children in the home with rides back-and-forth to basketball tournaments. I was working odd shifts and we had multiple children to bring to basketball. She brought up edible arrangements which is a nice thing normally, but they always leave whatever it is outside, I said to her. This is my experience from past orders end it was going to be 90 this weekend! She said no problem I will make sure I write it on the delivery slip not to leave outside. So I agreed and she wrote it right on the slip. The delivery day came and the mother of the family called my wife and said we didn’t have to do that but they were all hungry and it was a nice gesture but it started to melt so they had to put it in the fridge for a half hour and they laughed They left it outside In some type of bag and it started to melt. Go figure.
Now she calls edible arrangements and they said that the person receiving the item said to leave it out there. I bumped into the gentleman weeks later he says you didn’t have to get me anything we’re happy to do it. And he mentioned that Someone from edible arrangements called him at his job about a week later and tried to put words in his mouth saying he said to put it outside which he didn’t he was coaching basketball games all day and he explained that to them that he never said that. I called and complained that they should not have bothered him we wrote right on a slip not to deliver it on the ground to hand it to a person. Now this is somebody that helped us out and I appreciate him and his family very much. He should not be bothered by professionals who did not do their job right. Now I feel like crap and I’m causing him more headaches than FN bouquet cost. So I called edible arrangements up and complain again they get back to me they gonna talk to him I said do not talk to him again that’s Edible arrangements way of badgering you into eating the problem. Now I am going to contact better business Bureau. And my suggestion to everyone is not leave the recipients phone number only leave yours. This will save them from using this against you.
