Never Again

Wanted to order something nice for my daughters. All in different places. We ordered Thursday before Easter and the listing said no problem for Saturday before...for $29.99. Too much but we did it. We never got a receipt for delivery like the other girls...so went on the website and it said Monday via Fed Ex...If I had known it was going to be shipped I never would have ordered. The package was soaked, all the edibles were thrown around, wet and looked disgusting. Doesn't matter about the refund...a blown opportunity and terrible product and service for an already overpriced gift. Never again

At a customer service level the…

At a customer service level the location at Bayview manager was very understanding.
I did not end up with my order due to delivery person disrespecting behaviour . The franchise manager we came to a resolve in a timely manner getting a full refund has been promised.
the company that was used on The weekend for delivery has not reflected the Edible arrangements franchise customer satisfaction with Integrity.

on March 15 2023 I had the pleasure of…

on March 15 2023 I had the pleasure of speaking with Zach on the phone, not only was he very sweet but also very helpful. Not only did he grant my request for a delivery for the same day at 3:00pm. he also had the piece made and delivered within 30 min. with a picture of the delivery. He went above and beyond for me. Thank you for the amazing service and the delicious fruit, the receiver was so happy.

Incomplete Order / Being Ignored

I placed an order for a fruit platter and added a balloon bundle to it for my daughter. Order number was W2008353300-1. All of the balloons never made it. I contacted Edible Arrangements customer service 2 times and all I got was an automated response saying that someone from the store where the order came from would contact me. Well, no one ever did. They are unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I will never order from them again. They are truly a sad company. Do Not Order from them.

Edible Arrangements is the worst…

Edible Arrangements is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The product they delivered was nothing like what was advertised, and the quality was terrible! The fruit was not fresh and the presentation was subpar.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They only get 1 out of 5 stars on the Better Business Bureau website, and I can see why. Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and if I could give them a lower rating than 1 star, I would. Avoid Edible Arrangements at all costs!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 2/28 for a delivery on 3/1. The order total was $124.97 and the order said that it had to be shipped via Fed Ex even though we have a local Edible Arrangements. It didn't make sense to me but I was in a pinch and had to place the order. The order was set up to be delivered to an Elementary School and was actually delivered to the loading dock at the district that was unmanned at the time of delivery so the order was placed on the ground, not signed for, and not found until the end of the day that it was delivered. So instead of the order being delivered to the office of the Elementary School that was requested on the order so that my Niece could receive her gift from us it was found at the end of the day and to top it off there was never a card put on the order our Niece didn't even know that it was us that sent her the gift. This was such a waste of money and a big disappointment. Today I called the Customer Service line to express my concerns and to ask for rectification and the rep told me that because the order was shipped via Fed Ex nothing could be done regarding the order. So much for Customer Service. Steer clear of this company. There are several of other companies to order from out there. I wish I would have chosen another.

So disappointed

So disappointed. Mass confusion. Ordered an arrangement paid extra for same day delivery. Rang the bell, they called me indicating nobody was home, I requested to just leave it, they could not, so I was planning on picking it up from the store and delivering it myself. The note on the door said "2nd" attempt which was not accurate. I then received a call from the store indicating the driver was able to sync up with my wife and the delivery was successful. I was not home last night, but today, a day after, I get a call again from the store, indicating they attempted to deliver today. HUH? I told them I was told yesterday it was delivered. Too much energy involved. The occasion had passed and still dont have the arrangement.

If there was a rating of zero stars

If there was a rating of zero stars, that is what this place of business deserves. I purchased an Ediable arrangement from the Waldorf Md location to be delivered to a special family member on Valentine's Day. Thinking Waldorf Edible Arrangements is ideal since the store is in close proximity to the address it would be delivered, I trusted the store would deliver the gift directly to the family and provide quality care of the merchandise as well as provide quality service. No! The Waldorf location did just the opposite. Waldorf Edible Arrangement left the perishable package outside their door, open to the elements, the animals, and warm weather during the post-COVID environment. The contents melted entirely and needless to say who could trust the package at that point? What business would do that when I provided my contact information should the family not be available? There were no attempts to contact me. I don't know how many other complaints this store has accumulated but I hope this review enlighten the public on the poor and unacceptable service this store has to offer when it came to my order. I would not recommend or use this place of business EVER again! How can this establishment improve? Contact the sender, not leave the order on the doorstep, and handle the merchandise with care and as if it was a gift that was intended for their love ones

Where do I start… so I wanted to make this Valentines special for my daughter as we don’t typically celebrate these bs holidays anyways. Placed order after 4pm on 2-13-23. I notated if Not fulfilled before 2:15 please inform as school let out around 3pm. Too much to ask for. So I called no answer, called order status prompt does not work. Online states its processing still at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm. Yes I check d and called multiple times to no avail. Sent a message through customer service. The new manager of the store called 2/15 and stated she’s sorry they are busy etc. We laugh and joke. No problem I’m understanding. Informed that my delivery will be today and offered a freebie for my trouble. I called and check the order today as well. Spoke with two different staff members one around 12pm I think the other around 4pm both stated that my order is on the way and I will have it today. I still do not have my 85$ worth of goods that I was promised. I’m pissed and disappointed, dissatisfied, and this company has lost my trust to deliver. I’m now concerned that my purchase will not be fresh and will never come. Maybe the sweet tooth bandit rob me of my sweets, the joy on my daughters face and the fullness of her belly. So with that being said I except a full refund as I can’t get back time. A free gift would be nice, however, I’d have to pick it up cause I can’t trust the delivery. I should have went with my first mind after reading the reviews, but “sweet” silly me chose to have faith in your company’s abilities. I was ok with not getting the delivery the first and second day. Now this is just ridiculous and sadly just adds to the country’s continuous bad customer patrons have to endure. Please take note that calling your store and customer service number is a waste of time as neither of them are helpful and provide the same prompts. This is VERY frustrating and aggravating to an already upset consumer. Also, waiting on hold hearing the same message over and over with a lady who’s voice is tolerable the first go around, but if on hold for more than five minutes and hearing her repeatedly makes my skin crawl hearing “and remember to be sweet today” is quite annoying. Also, reading your reviews from employees all I can say is do better overall. As we all get a turn in life.

Sorry to my beautiful wife.....

Married for 20 years can become a bit of a challenge, specially on special occasions. So I figured I would try something different so surprise my beautiful wife, so I ordered from this location. NEVER AGAIN!!! Worst mistake of my life!! I called early in the morning a few times to get an ETA for delivery, no answer. I continued to call throughout the day, around 10-12 times, left voice messages, with no luck in return phone call! I also sent an email, which was responded by an automated answering service to call the same number that I had been calling all day, with no luck in a return phone call. These days, these occasions you cannot get back. It is really easy to refund the amount of $171.00 to your customer, but the impact that your over booking had on my wife's day, and I suspect many others as well, we WILL NEVER GET BACK!!!
I was told that Delia is the manager of this location (as per Mary Lou), I would hold her accountable for this huge over booking mistake!! These special occasions cannot be redone. If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would.

Never showed, never called

Will not be using again. Placed order for Valentines 2 weeks in advance. It's after 5pm and still no word. Called for update, they said we have until 5. Again, it's after 5. Small company can't handle big business. Address for delivery is now closed, no Valentines for that special someone. Kick ass job. Word of mouth should stop a bunch of future orders.

THE WORST Flowers On The Market

The most expensive and by far THE WORST flowers I've ever bought for a girl. Ended up spending another $100 at a local florist. Honestly, don't even know why I thought it'd be a good idea to go through edible arrangements.

This is what I wrote Edible Arrangements' Customer…

This is what I wrote their Customer Service: I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the delivery to my intended Valentine recipient that was just received from your Battleground Greensboro NC location. I am actually embarrassed and humiliated at the presentation of the product and will never order from that store again!! I ordered online and was not sure which store would pick up the order. This is not on par for the previous Edible Arrangements deliveries I have had or seen delivered. The product was not at all like the presentation of the advertisement. The product was delivered in a clear take-out box and one out of three balloons was deflated, the cheesecakes did not have the chocolate covered caramel hearts on the three cheesecakes as advertised, the strawberries and cheesecakes were a scrambled mess in the take-out box and there was no platter delivered with them. It looked as if the box had been dropped and even the strawberries that were originally on the cheesecake were no longer on top of the cheesecake. I have pictures to substantiate the delivery condition. I have been to grocery store chains leading up to Valentine's Day that had beautiful presentations of their chocolate covered strawberries and at a fourth to a third of the price! And to add insult to injury, I ordered well in advance anticipating a superior product, 1/30/23 - not a last-minute thought.

We ordered edible arrangements in Boca…

We ordered edible arrangements in Boca Raton Fl 182 store 555 N Federal Highway and paid over $187 for it. It was never delivered or justified why it wasn’t delivered, the store itself was completely rude and not understanding in any way, and corporate has been no help enabling these stores of theirs to commit fraud and theft. We have called and filled our requests, cancellations, and refund with zero help in any way at all. I am horrified how a company can continue to be in business stealing from customers but this is wrong in every way. This $187 will cause daily weekly and monthly complaints on a regular basis everywhere possible until something is corrected it’s just wrong in so many ways. This is one of many that will be posted everywhere Buyer Beware corporate does not care to help at all in any way possible, so anywhere there is a source to post a review will be a source for many, many posted negative reviews until this is corrected. Plus other sources will be used whatever the cost is just to get the word out.. I hope the $187 stolen from me was worth it.

Same Day delivery questionable

I ordered same delivery from a store that was 2 blocks away from it. End of business day and it's still not delivered. I'm told if they don't make it, they will deliver next day. If I'm paying for same day delivery, it should be same day. Don't use a service that won't hold up to their word. But what baffles me, is the address is 2 blocks away and its beside the store. Why wouldn't you deliver the order first there. What if another order said right across from your store. Would you make them wait until end of day and not deliver it? Why didn't the driver Google the locations to be more accurate on their delivery?

I would give these people a zero star…

I would give these people a zero star rating if that were possible. Big family event coming up wanted a big arrangement...went personally to the store, the store was a mess the person there told me they don't have a product menu and she doesn't take orders so I need to go online. I had to go to the library to get internet, spent an hour browsing products and finally made a choice, put thro my order only to see my item still in the cart and no confirmation email. I called the store to be told they didn't get an order and I should submit again and I get charged twice she wouldn't be able to help me cuz that's not her problem to deal with. Once I get finished dealing with my credit card company I will be driving to the flower store instead. Good riddance to a bad company. PS I dealt with the Brampton store.

Ruined Moms surprise arrangement!!!!!!

Ordered an arrangement for my mom‘s birthday and the day of her birthday. They left her a message saying that they needed her phone number which they had in order to deliver the arrangement. They said if they didn’t have a correct number for her that they would not deliver the arrangement. The phone number that they left a message on was hers ruining her surprise birthday arrangement. Ended up, scrambling, looking for a florist to send her flowers the same day of her birthday.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend…

I ordered an arrangement for a friend to be delivered next day at her job. I told them the delivery has to be made that day cause she will be on vacation the day after the delivery was suppose to happen. They assured me it will get there the following day. Well she never got it!! They said they delivered to her office at 6:13 pm!! I told them it was a business that closes at 5! It was such a waist of money!! Buyers beware!!! I'll let you know the outcome of this waist of money.
