Easy to organise but second time in a row, on exit, problem getting through the barriers. Registration plate not recognised by auto exit. Maybe needs upgrading. Other than that all was good.

FastPark provided a fast, efficient and good value parking solution for us at the airport. We had our car back within minutes of exiting the terminal and walking only a few hundred yards. Will definitely use again.

Excellent facility, but pricy , staff on hand, if required

Very easy to find and very easy to exit. Close to the terminal. Only downside is it's a bit pricey. We chose the multistorey so we ciuld access the fast track security made a huge difference for how long we had to queue.

This was my first time using the fast park at Edinburgh airport terminal. The staff were very helpful and guided me through how the parking system worked. On returning, picking up the keys and finding the car was easy. The only minor criticism is that the outside of the car was covered in mud but easily washed off. This is a great system that is fairly priced for being right at the terminal building.

Convenient parking but so very expensive on a 2 week stay …. Used surface parking and felt it way more expensive than previous.

I prebooked one day for £20, they try to charge £60! I arrived just after midnight, with over 2 hours left on the allotted time that I had paid for, drove to the ticket booth and it asked for £60 contactless payment to open. I pressed the button for assistance as directed on the booking email in such cases and this button didnt work! I tried it several times and even tried to call the airport customer support however they were not open at this time. After 20 minutes i reversed and drove to another ticket barrier where this button was working and I did not have to pay however with all this time wasted plus the stress of potentially needing to pay £80 instead of £20 I will likely be getting the bus or tram next time.
To arrive home late after a delayed flight (which I had prepared for by booking additional time) only to be greeted by a ticket barrier requesting a further £60 to release me and let me get home is predatory. Both the ANPR and call for assistance button are conveniently not working - what a coincidence!

Easy booking online. Entering and exiting the car park went smoothly. A bit expensive for a nine-day stay, but very convenient.

Absolutely seamless start and finish to our trip. The FastPark at Edinburgh Airport was worth every single penny. The process is so simple. Drive in to a clearly designated lane. Scan your booking barcode at the terminal, drop your keys in the secure box, staff are there to assist, which is an huge help. You are literally a one-minute walk away from the departures door. There was no waiting around for shuttle buses or dragging heavy bags across a massive gravel lot. Coming back was just as fast—retrieving the keys from the automated lockers took seconds, and we were back in our car and on the road home with no issues. Highly recommended to anyone flying out of Edinburgh!

Automated system didn’t recognise my plate. £260 charge to exit! Luckily the person on the end of the intercom sorted it but did give us quite the fright when it wouldn’t let us out!!

Not enough disabled parking places. Luckily I eventually managed to find a place at the end of a row where I could get in and out of car. Nearly missed my flight looking for a place I could use
