Staff friendly, really easy to use. Only one downside is when leaving the carpark you are issued a paper receipt to get out the barriers. The receipt being made of paper and it been very wet and windy that day it blew away out my hand at the barrier. The lovely man on the help line though let us through in seconds but that was the only issue and it was so easily solved so no effect to my rating of 5 stars.

Great service, lots of space, although pickup points are few and far between.

Easy to find but slightly confusing as to which park to go into at first. Prices extortionate especially if you have not pre booked. Spaces tight for modern day cars but there were plenty spaces available. Ideal location for dropping off and picking up travellers.

What can I say it's a first class service from start to finish, if anything it could do with a option to change your arrival time if the airline changes there times. Staff on hand to help as well.But from that it's a brilliant service 👏

The system for handing over and then getting back your car is flawless and reassuring. For some reason the cost of FastPark valet parking is always competitive, and often less than the other unsupported parking facilities. The staff are friendly and efficient. It's great value for money.

So quick and easy to use. We arrived at the parking and straight away got on a bus. On return at 1am we waited less than 1 minute and were back in our car and on our way home in less than 10 mins. Perfect

Came back from hols on 24th May at 2.30am..on returning to Fast track parking no car keys in locker. After hunting round building eventually found someone to help us to be told someone will bring your car down..approx 5 mins later car appeared. On exiting..1st barrier didnt lift..took ticket..2nd barrier put ticket in machine thinking they would lift...no luck...had to pay £10 to exit. By this time we were frazzled so paid it. Contacted company next day to be told sorry ANPR hadnt recognised your Reg so we will refund your £10.....10 wks later this is the reply i got to another email...we are experiencing an issue affecting the processing of refunds for payments made through some of the payment machines in our car parks. We are working closely with our payment provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible..well I'm sorry Fast track but 10 wks is more than ample time for a refund, and I shouldn't have to instigate a refund thru my bank when its your fault. Very disappointing.

Terrible airport parking and terrible airport on repeated experiences, particularly in comparison to other Scottish, UK and international airports.

First time using the plane parking at Edinburgh Airport and will use it again.
Great location, easy to get to with all the signs posts.
Shuttle bus service is so frequent to and from terminal building.

Location and staff on site could not have been more helpful when we arrived

We checked in online beforehand making the arrival nice and easy. We spoke with a gentleman (from Transylvania) who was super friendly and advised us where to park the car. Parked, emptied the car of cases and passengers, dropped off our key and off we went. Nice and easy!
On our return, we arrived in the wee hours of the morning but it was so easy to get our car key back, just scan the receipt grab your keys and go to the allocated space. No problem at all.
The only downside we had of our experience this year is that the barriers were not recognising the number plate and we were not able to get through. It was asking us to pay £10! I rang the wee call button and spoke to a gentleman; who opened the barriers for us.

We have used the service in the past and this is the first time we have had any problems getting out. Will definitely use again in the future as it is so easy and worth every penny!

Never park anywhere else. The added on fast track at security is a brilliant bonus.

Using Fastpark was no problem and getting keys no problem but on exit after leaving Fastpark I was charged £10 for exiting the last barrier using the correct one and paid as was holding up more traffic. Possibly faulty reading of ANPR (which Police never do!)😉 other than this its a fantastic service.

Signage to the multi car park could be clearer.
First loop round entered the lower deck of the multi car park and hence had to pay extra 8.50 to exit.
Second time round, learned mistake and entered the correct way.

Was quite disappointing that due to a 1 hour delay and taking quite a time to get through Passport control and reclaiming baggage i had to pay an additional £10 to exit the car park which i wasn't going to argue about so paid it also i had booked till the early hours on the Sunday which i thought was an additional day I haven't looked at any of the small print so not going to worry about the additional cost the airport must need the cash

Just an excellent service and so convenient. Staff are also very helpful and pleasant.

Fast Park at Edinburgh is a great service. The staff are always on hand to help you with any questions. After a long journey back your car is outside the terminal. We use them on every occasion

Booked beginning of July traveled 1st august, went to multi car park my car didn’t resister came up wrong car park. Had to buzz intercom give car reg and name got in. Coming home same thing but was asking me to pay £90 again had buzz intercom give details to get out, stressful

This is the third time I’ve used airport parking and each time I’ve had issues with the ANPR. No problem in finding a space but I was told by the attendant that I was at the wrong park and had booked terminal parking, not multi storey despite the fact the email was clear I’d booked multi storey! On exit the system tried to charge me £390 even though I’d prepaid! The attendant acted promptly and the issue was cleared up but why bother if the technology isn’t working? I’ll get a cab next time!
