cant get customer service on the phone or on line. the training video's on the web aren't the same as what you purchase. finding the right tools arent easy. just a bad design. and customer service.

I was very excited to find this product, it looked awesome. I saw they had a free trial, which I always have good experiences with similar companies, never had any issues. I have even had companies refund one day past a free trial, so I thought it was safe. I clicked on the 7-day free trial for the Edraw Creative Assets Monthly plan. Instead, it charged me for the lifetime EdrawMind All-Platform Subscription Plan-Lifetime Plan. Just like many on this review site-- I too was wrongly scammed out of $245 for a "7-day free trial." I called them, I explained I wanted to purchase a product, the Edraw Creative Assets Monthly Plan, not the Lifetime as it doesn't fit my work needs and asked for a refund so that I can try the product to see if I do want to purchase it. They said my request doesn't qualify for refund under their current policy. Only technical issues with the software will legitimize a refund.
According to their refund policy, my order should qualify for a refund because:
1.Incorrect Purchase Processing / Unauthorized Charge: I did not select the lifetime subscription and only intended to sign up for the 7-day free trial. This charge was unauthorized, and I did not consent to it.
2. Lack of Clear Disclosure / Deceptive Subscription Process: There was no clear notification that selecting the free trial would automatically charge me $245. If this was an automatic charge, it was not properly disclosed, which is misleading.
3.Eligible for Refund Based on Your Policy:
Your policy does not explicitly state that refunds are denied for accidental or incorrect charges. Given that I did not intend to purchase this subscription, I believe my request aligns with your refund guidelines. Very Deceptive marketing, bad business policy and customer service.

When I bought the program, it said 7-day free trial. I bought it, they withdrew the money immediately and within half an hour I realized that it was not going to work and canceled it, but they did not refund me. this company is a scammer.

For an automatic renewel 30 days notice…

For an automatic renewel 30 days notice must be given where the customer may decide not to renew. We'll this policy does not apply with this company. You have no consumer rights, they delay responses and after cancelation, still demand payment. Criminal organization stealing your hard earned money. Stay as far away as possible.

In response :
Your company does not give 15 days notice, if the notice of cancelation must be submitted 5 days prior to the expiry date.
Even still, the Comsumer Rights act states that 30 days prior the expiry date, notice of the renewel must be sent.
I am sure the company can calculate that in fact 35 days prior to the expiry date, notice should be sent.
You are not adhering to the law.

Edraw has arranged the credit however the payment platform Klarna and their Debt Collectors have not withdrawn the matter. To Date, I have had no further communication with them. This is unfortunate.

Tricksters

It’s so terrible! I have paid for an add on that I did not know I had and therefore pay a whole year subscription fees plus monthly on top. Customer services are unhelpful and no offer to look into my case. I was informed that I could have cancelled. I did not see how to cancel, it is deliberatley complicated to navigate and not user friendly at all. I thought I had paid a yearly subscription but it did not let me log in to use until I signed up for the monthly subscription. At no point did customer services ask or try to find out why I was paying for both. Nor did they look into the fact that I did not need nor did I use the add on's Disgusting comapny!

I can confirm their trial is a scam

I can confirm their trial is a scam! I cancelled on day 6, was billed on day 7. Reached out to chat support and got a canned response that I was not going to get a refund.

Unlucky for them, but I took screenshots of me canceling it, so they did refund me the money. I received no email confirmation of me canceling, they didn't ask for any confirmation after I told them I canceled it but before I sent them the screenshot, and I imagine they were quite upset when I showed up with receipts.

Or so I thought! Turns out I didn't sign up for a trial, I actually purchased their app and tried out their monthly add on service! Joy! The email they sent me when I signed up has 2 separate products (but I was billed for a 3rd?) and it's all the same order number. Obviously this is intentionally confusing and getting out of this situation is no easier than understanding how you got into it. This company runs on the fumes of the people they scam not the product they deliver

tl;dr I suggest you do a chargeback.

It's one thing to charge after a trial ends but to not provide proof to a customer that they cancelled a trial (via email confirmation or account status when logged in) and then flat out deny consideration when you reach out to support and say you cancelled it in time, that is the definition of a scam and they should not be allowed to use credit cards from the U.S. Who do they think they are, the IRS? They can't cheat us like that, lol.

Do not trust this company or anything they touch.

Dishonest and misleading re 7 Day Trial Period

Thought I was purchasing a 7 day trial.
Billed full prescription price first day $245 10/21/24.
Service is clunky, genogram section outdated and cumbersome, not user friendly, terrible customer service by a rep named "Maggy", the company is based out of China go figure. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said they don't have that option.
AM going to inform my college to take your company off of the available links for students to get scammed on. You are fraudulent in your practices and set up the free trial process to get scammed. I will be sure to report your company to the better business bureau and Nevada State cybersecurity for the particular college I attend.
Take warning, do not recommend. There should not even be one star, it was a nightmare the whole way through. My bank is fighting in as we speak and your company is being investigated. Be sure everyone that gets scammed to report this company to your bank or credit card company.

This is an elaborate fraud

You subscribe to a 7 day trail and they charge you for a lifetime subscription cca 300 USD. When you try to get your money back you will realize that is simply not possible. Their advertising is misleading and you should stay away!

7 day trail charged for lifetime

I subscribed to a 7 day trail by selecting a 6 month subscription option for edraw and they charged me for a lifetime subscription for edraw and another package and refuse to revert back to me even though i lodged a complain online and lodged a complaint via email - this is tantamount to theft and ilegal and i would warn anyone not to use their services

edraw at least does not work at all, if I can not say it is a scammer.

I subscribed Edrawmind for 1-year and it works for few times then saying my AI credits running out. I reached out and ask their support to fix, they somehow "fixed" it and informed me to use, then again the edrawmind says token finished and again....until I realized that it is just a joke if I am not saying bad thing about it.

30 day money back guarantee.
Tried the software ,did not like I found awkward. Asked to cancel and refund on the first day of trial, as instructed by website, account never accessed.
Told no refunds illness technical issue.
So 7 day trail is not free or 30 day money back.
My recommendation would be give it miss unless you know someone that has and try it on their account first.
Very deceptive marketing ploy

Taking money out without consent

I found this product on Google and looked at it amongst others for about 5 mins.

Having forgot about it and never used it and didn;t agree to buy it I now find two payments going out my account in Feb and July?

Their 24/7 customer service team are unavailable 24/7 it seems. there is no record of a subscrption onthe login so why are they taking payments. If this isn's a scam I don;t know what is. AVOID at all costs.

A perpetual license allows customers to use the licensed software indefinitely. During the first three years, a perpetual license also allows customers to download all updates/changes to the computer service. After the three years are up, customers can choose to continue using the last downloaded version or purchase renewal and upgrade packages at a discounted price.

Just say NO

I have contacted there support several times regarding not being able to access templates. I renewed my annual subscription and paid for access to all templates. I keep getting the message free trial over, buy a plan. They never get back to me and the problem is never resolved. Their service and support is terrible! JUST SAY NO, I have cancelled my subscription.

And we provide the trial information on our website, but also because normally a notification email would be sent to you 2-3 days ahead of the deduction date.

Lifetime Package offer is a Big Fraud

Buyers beware of their fraudulent life time subscription package.
I bought their lifetime package 1.5 years back and now they deactivate many of useful templates and ask for more money to access those templates.

Supposed to be a 7 day free trial

Supposed to be a 7 day free trial! Not true. 10 minutes after I installed software, tried to print a simple document-was prompted to pay $99 in order to print. At this point, they had me-I paid so that I could print. The kicker is-When I tried to print again, It prompted me for payment again. Thinking the first payment failed I ok'd the next payment. Come to find out, this time they charged me $245! And what's even better-I still could not print!! System prompted me for another payment! I immediately Uninstaller and reached out to customer service and have gotten the same one-around response that others here describe. I have disputed charges with my CC. I urge everyone to stay away from this company-we will never recommend them after this scammy debacle!
