After having my PC hacked
After having my PC hacked, I had to format it again and reinstall all software I had. I entered in contatct with Edraw help center and at first time it did not work. The attendant was very helpfull and at the second time I suceed. I love the software and also had some awsome help by the help center.

Giant Watermark? Really?
A good app for flow charts and stuff...
Only problem is, with all that goof stuff its such a disappointment you cannot use the flowcharts you designed anywhere cause of the "Not 1 but many BIG font Watermark to force you to pay for the full version. Makes it unusable.
Such a setback especially since i put my time on the designs for my school project. Plus its expensive even with the student discount thing you offer.

Don't rely on Edraw - getting things sorted is a nightmare
The reason they don't ask is their customer service is truly awful.
I have now undergone a complete ping-pong back and forth to renew my licence - it has been like pulling teeth.
I have paid, they have my money, but the software and licence system are seemingly not connected meaning the software is not activated and I am out of pocket trying to use software that is stating my licence is out of date.
