Rude Negotiator!
My partner recently went to view a property under management of Edwards Online.
When we arrived the negotiator (Jodie) was seeing out another viewer. As we approached the property she pointed inside and said (Thats the frontroom there!"...there was no hello or even an introduction of who she was at all! She then proceeded to rush us around the house with no mention of local amenities or property features. It was as if she just wanted to go home. I asked how I apply and she gave me some deshevelled piece of paper to complete and send to them. The whole experience left my partner and I quite disheartened, this lady clearly had no people skills whatsoever.
As I was quite upset by this I called her office and voiced my concerns to which I received an email response from an Anna Crane who said:
"I did look into the negotiator behaviour and it was Jodie who carried out the viewings at 17a Rodney Road. She is an experienced member of staff and very surprised she did not come across professional. She did remember you and thought she did introduce herself, she also recalled you had looked at a few properties and not sure if you got mixed up with another person?"
This further angered me as this gave the impression that I am a confused fool who cannot remember who I saw and where I was.
Strongly recommend that anyone considering using Edwards online use another agency.
