Absolute cowboys totally avoid!

Absolute cowboys totally avoid!! Car went up in total blazes within hours of collecting. And not the first one to go on fire from them it seems and numerous others have had nothing but serious problems from them. Not a great business at all!

Purchased a VW Golf from E&E Car Sales and couldn’t be happier. The team were transparent, knowledgeable, and made the buying process incredibly easy. The vehicle was in excellent condition, paperwork was handled efficiently, and I felt well looked after throughout. A trustworthy dealership I’d happily return to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a 2016 Mercedes C200 from this dealership and within 4 hours it caught fire with my partner & son in the vehicle on the A1, fire brigade advised they were lucky to get out of the vehicle on time!

Shortly after leaving, the car briefly went into limp mode, then around 30 miles later developed a ticking noise followed by smoke from the engine bay. It then went up in flames and was written off by my insurance.

I rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Communication from the dealership was poor and it took time to get any proper response.

The situation was eventually resolved after numerous calls, but the whole experience was extremely stressful and not what you expect when buying from a dealer.

A car failing this severely within hours of purchase raises serious concerns. I would advise others to be cautious.

Now reading the reviews we can see that others have had the same issues with this dealer ship. The “business” owners have had several companies that had went into liquidation and if this is how they conduct their customers care it’s no wonder!

They don’t do thorough checks on their vehicles - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a BMW and within 24 hours there was a drivetrain fault which they cleared with their diagnostic tool … walked back and couldn’t even give me a valid reason as to why it came up. We decided we didn’t want the vehicle given this reason along with their extremely rude customer service. When we came back to return the vehicle, they acted like the drivetrain issue was never a thing and completely gaslighted the situation!!! Shocking!! You will only have issues with your vehicle … and disgusting, patronising customer service to top it off. Save yourself the stress and hassle.

Dealer professional

I purchased my Tiguan from them and I had a problem which was sorted out without any argument and professionally. I think some of the reviews are silly how is the dealer expected to know there would be a problem 7 months after purchase! I found the dealer very professional courteous. I was never pushed into buying the vehicle I was left alone to make my own mind up. I’d give them 5/5 stars.

Save your mental health and avoid this company

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They are currently in the process of trying to sell us a broken vehicle.

We drove 180 miles to collect the car, and on the way back, it always leaned to one side and shuddered severely on braking. I reported it to the finance company agent, who advised an independent inspection.

The inspection shows that the two front tyres are perished, pose a significant danger, and the alignment is off. I requested to return the vehicle immediately because they must have been aware of that and chose to put my life in danger, allowing me to drive 180 miles with the vehicle in that condition.

They have continued to deny that the vehicle was defective, meaning that I destroyed two tyres and the alignment in the minutes after I collected the vehicle.

Save yourself the trouble, go anywhere else - I see that good car dealers are difficult to come by at this point, but this one is a big no. For your mental health.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. I had the car for only 7 weeks before it caught fire, which is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable. After an investigation, the fault was found to have existed prior to my purchase. When I reported what happened, they showed no concern and didn’t seem to care at all. Very poor quality and even worse customer service.

Having paid £9k merely 7 months ago for…

Having paid £9k merely 7 months ago for a vehicle from this garage, it was delivered with 3 bald tyres and needing new glow plugs. Admittedly they took the car back (for 2 weeks) and said they did what was needed. Since then I’ve had to replace all 4 tyres. The warranty ran out, as was stated, 6 months later, and 5 weeks after I broke down with clutch failure. I had it towed by my breakdown cover to a local garage who then discovered that not only had the clutch gone, but the fly wheel and the slaved cylinder had also gone. It’s now cost me £1900 to get my car back on the road just 7 months after purchase. I did send a copy of the invoice to the garage owner with a message to say that I know there’s no legal obligation but this is the reality, to which I had no response at all.
They say they’ve got mechanics on site, so either don’t have mechanics who know what they’re doing, or they knew exactly what they were doing and were well aware that this would happen in the very near future - either way, it’s disgusting.
Please, I don’t want anyone else to end up in the mess that this has put me in.

I bought my car in June because the ad…

I bought my car in June because the ad stated it was **covered under warranty**, which gave me peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

**1. Within two months**, the condenser failed. It was eventually covered under warranty, but only after **three weeks of arguments** with the company—and I still had to pay for related costs like gas refilling and diagnostic fees, even though they were part of the same issue.

**2. Now, within just five months**, the turbocharger has failed, and the front lower arm suspension is completely worn, causing loud noises and difficulty steering. After diagnosis, the warranty company refused to cover the suspension and steering, calling it “normal wear and tear.” They agreed the turbocharger *might* be covered, but only if I pay the garage to remove it and send it to a third-party for inspection. They also tried to blame the issue on “late oil changes,” even though I changed the oil within 2,000 miles of buying the car.

Overall, the warranty has been unhelpful, expensive, and stressful—nothing like what was advertised. Nearly the cost of the car in 5 months.

Really easy process

Really easy process. I brought my car about a month ago and it was an incredibly easy transaction. Enquired about the car, was sent photos and videos of the condition and all the relevant documents. Sent over the money and the car was delivered the next morning for no extra charge. Very happy with the car

I want and brought a Mercedes A CLASS…

I want and brought a Mercedes A CLASS 66 reg so I paid a lot of money to this garage on the 3rd of June I brought the car with a six month Warranty And guess what the car broke down on the 12th of June Call them up told me To come to the garage Which was 30 miles from where I lived So I went there advised me to keep on driving the car as it was a diesel which it needed to drive long distance Problem with the car was the EGR had gone . The best bit they told me the car had warranty Called up the warrantywise the other day was told the warranty did not cover the parts So I need £700 pound to fix the car. As I'm writing the review is 29th of August 2023 . So now the AA has got involved as the garage is AA approved please be advised when you buy a second hand car do your research and look at reviews. Please don't buy any car from this garage as you would be having problems just like me with your hard earned cash..... also the garages that they use for mechanical work are also Crook as well. As of today date 19/09/23 The AA has come back to me saying that if I can take down the review off, then The garage will fix my car which I declined, Because I was not expecting this response from the AA how ridiculous is this? How much is the AA getting paid from These garages ripping customers off? Please don't be fooled like I was saying that their garages are AA approved that does not matter. Once the money has gone, that's it. Now is a legal battle with the courts. 30/09/23 I have
Submitted. a court claim against the company. Please if you're reading my review and thinking of buying a second hand car from this company think 100 times, this is a genuine review. The others are fake and they pay for them reviews Some victims like you and me can fall for their traps. Also, don't be fooled about AA Approved garage that does not mean nothing, as I am in that situation now. And I realised that they do not help you They work for the garage.

I bought a mercedes b180 from them in…

I bought a mercedes b180 from them in June 22 and on the collection we noticed that the parcel shelf was missing. I told them and they told me that they will send it to my address. They never sent it. I wrote to them, the first time they told me that the boss was on holidays, but they will come back to me when he come back, after a month I reminded them about this twice they never responded.
But when I wrote about something different they negatively responded but atleast responded, meaning that they were just ignoring my texts.

Avoid them or other wise check everything before leaving their Garage. I am sorry to say this but It is a shame.
The car didn't even have a dipstick i had to buy one separately.
