Nathan, Dave and Oscar (our fitting team) were excellent. They were pleasant, cheerful and professional throughout a busy day. On arrival Nathan and Dave developed a sound plan for running the cable, having considered a number of options, consulting with us regarding our preferences at each step. Oscar fitted the panels on the garage roof in a cold, biting wind efficiently, and then helped with cable fitting. The battery and inverter were positioned well and tidily secured in place. On completion of work everything was tidied away. I was talked through setting up the app and given a good briefing on its operation, with pointers as to where to get more information. We were very happy with the way the whole day had gone and impressed with the calm, professional approach from the team. Thank you. Happy Customers.

Such a good experience with Dave and Reece. They answered all my newbie questions and helped me navigate the aesthetics of a few cabling options. Install was done same day without any hiccups.

Doug returned on 23rd as promised and replaced the faulty component in the fuse box so the whole system is back up and running.
Doug carried out the work very efficiently and caused us no disruption at all.

EE installed our solar panels, inverter and battery in October 2024 and we have been very pleased with the system performance. This was purchased as part of Solar Together through our local Council which was very cost effective. Subsequently we have added home storage batteries at a very competitive price and after a couple of teething problems, we are very happy with these also . Throughout, their expertise, customer service, and efficiency have been exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a home energy system.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process from ordering through to fitting. Very friendly staff on hand to answer any questions I had. This company really understand the concept of customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they met and exceeded my expectations throughout the whole fitting process.

We have had a great experience with EE renewables.Everything happened when it was supposed to and the office were really good at keeping us informed of the process.The engineer spent time answering lots of questions and I felt a good degree of trust in the process. So far we are a week in and even in November half our power is from the sun! Amazing.

Everyone I had dealings with was professional, committed to getting the job done both office staff and the electricians and roofers on site. Doug worked a long Saturday in the rain and cold to get the job done.

We used EE Renewables for a solar installation with battery storage and EV charger. From the start they have been friendly and not at all pushy, giving a very good and comprehensive initial quote. Oliver then came and surveyed our house and again was excellent. No up-selling or pushing us at all. He even still came round on a Friday evening despite having been stuck in traffic.
We accepted the quote and an installation date was within a week of paying the deposit. However, sadly the team were sick on the day but a new installation date was booked for 2 days later.
The installation went smoothly with a very friendly and informative team of 3.
Post installation follow up has again been excellent by the electrician, administrators in the office and also a follow up call from Oliver our surveyor.
We can't fault them and all at a very competitive price.

I was very impressed from the beginning to the end of the process of having our solar panel system installed. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing, and things happened at the time and day arranged. From the very detailed report and system proposal following our survey, to the post installation follow-up, but particularly the expertise of the team of fitters, all contributed to the sense that we were safe hands. We have had 7 solar panels and a battery fitted. Our initial contact with the sales team was very positive and they were very quick with arranging the appointment for the survey and the subsequent fitting. The installation team were brilliant and were very helpful with explaining the app, etc.

From start to finish I have been most impressed with EE Renewables Ltd.
I was kept up to date on a regular basis and all my queries were answered by return email.
EE Renewables Ltd, arranged an on-site inspection of my roof before the work went ahead. The scaffolding was also arranged by them as well.
When it came to the day of installation, the team from EE Renewables Ltd, arrived on schedule and completed the job in a tidy and professional way. It was a pleasure to have them doing the work, which took them about 3 1/2 hours. The necessary paperwork came through from EE Renewables Ltd, shortly after the work was completed. I'm now just waiting for some paperwork to come through from our energy supplier.

All in all a very satisfactory experience.
My only one little gripe is that an easy to read/understand operating manual wasn't supplied.

We had a solar battery installed by EE renewables through the Surrey County Council Solar Together scheme. Very professional throughout and will be back next year to get an electric car charger installed.

The initial consultation with Ollie guided us to what would work for us. Subsequent communication was good. The fitting team, Nathan, Bobby and the apprentice Riley were personable and efficient. A bit of miscommunication with collecting the scaffolding but nothing insurmountable.

I needed a replacement for an Inverter. Maria at EE renewables kept me up to date on the progress of sourcing the replacement and arranged an appointment to fit at a weeks notice. The engineer, Doug arrived early and was very courteous and answered all my questions.
