Engineer was excellent in checking the equipment and explained the process of the investigation. Reported this issue and returned with warranty unit, fitted and explained the fitting and checks carried out. Well done Doug and Maria

One always goes into these installs with a certain amount of trepidation; will the install go smoothly, will extra costs suddenly appear? No worries at all with EE Renewables. From the initial survey, email communications, until the actual installation, absolutely brilliant service. Damien, the electrician who undertook the install, was so polite and friendly. He asked what preferences I had, and catered for them brilliantly. Such a neat job. All contact with the bookings and accounts team have been as equally friendly, and I get the impression they really value their customers. Recommend 100%.

Doug was respectful, confident and proffesional in attitude and workmanship , coping with a confined space in the hall with limited access to loft space . He even went the extra mile and helped momentarily with some heavy moving and handling during our building prep . On leaving having resited and fitted a new inverter
he answered all our questions in an accessible manner leaving us proud to be doing our bit for climate change . Many thanks Doug .

Scaffolding came and went on time, installation a few days late but done in a day and a bit .
Became aware of a problem that despite full battery I was still drawing 200 to 300w from the grid.They sent engineer to check wiring then said could be meter Contacted eon who said there was no problem but after much pressure and a £100 fee 3 months later they sent someone to check meter .All ok and EE sent engineer at same time who then agreed it was their system.
They then agreed to swap out system,it's Hanchu, the problem persisted so they swapped it for a Fox system.All now ok .
EE rely too much on the app as do Hanchu.
My recommendation is put as many panels on the roof as you are allowed,not just 3.66kw, use Fox not Hanchu, don't use Eon, do use EE Renewables but don't part with the full money until happy which is what I did .I think they are a good company let down by poor equipment.

The support and service I have had from EE Renewables has been outstanding.They have resolved a long- standing problem with a Solar installation put in by another company some years ago but who were then unwilling to take responsibility for it !
In addition the newer installation EE Renewables have provided for us is working very well indeed.
No hesitation at all in thoroughly recommending this company.

We used EE renewables through a scheme with our local authority. They have been brilliant from start to finish. Everything happened in a timely way with excellent and clear communication. We have had contact with the back office staff, the surveyor, and the installation team. All were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Doug has been out twice now to fix our solar system. On the first visit he correctly diagnosed the problem and raised the ticket to have a new inverter installed, and on the return visit he has today installed the new inverter, taking our system from an average of about 6watts output to over 2000watts. Fingers crossed we should see a nice reduction in our electricity bills over the coming months. Thanks Doug!

Bobby and Dave fitted solar panels to our house today. They were on time, very clearly explained what they needed to do and completed the job efficiently. They showed me the photos of what they had done outside and in the attic and clearly explained the app that we need to use and the process following the installation. They were friendly, careful and tidy in their work.

Every individual that I needed to speak knew what to do and how to answer my queries. The whole process of applying, the survey and the installation was well rehearsed and put into practice. The system designed worked as intended. To me the solar/battery/EV charger is the way to help fight climate change.

The installation team turned up on time and didn't waste any time getting straight to work. They were happy to answer any questions and were clear when power would be out and worked around our needs. Very little disruption while we worked from home and were very professional throughout the install. Great team who worked really well together. All work 18 panels a battery and an inverter all done from 8am to about mid afternoon. Faultless installation. After care is also great with emails explaining all documents and how to apply for the SEG tariff. Very thorough overall.

Recently had EERenewables install Solar Panels, Battery, EV charger etc. They were a delight to deal with from start to finish even when a few issues arose. They were courteous, professional and efficient with all matters. To mention some names, Luke, Sean, Bethany, Hollie, Stracie and Verity in technical support deserve a special mention.

From the beginning EE Renewables were clear and informative with all their communication. All employees I had contact with were great, whether during the installation or in the office. Very helpful, friendly and willing to deal with any questions, queries or issues.
The service provided was exceptional and I would use the company for future work and not hesitate to recommend.

We used EE Renewables as our installer for solar panels through the Solar Together scheme and can honestly say they were faultless. Excellent customer service, did what they said they would when they said they would (which shouldn’t be rare, but it is!) Great follow up from everyone involved too, which goes a long way with me. Would heartily recommend.

The electrician who installed our battery, and later upgraded the safety of our home system, was very thorough and conscientious. He explained everything carefully and inspired confidence throughout. The admin side at EE Renewables were also efficient and helpful.

Very professional service , Oliver came out to survey and an appointment was made soon after I accepted the quote , which was the cheapest out of the 3 quotes I obtained . On the day Damian and Ryan who turned up were friendly , hard working and knowledgeable , all done in a day ! Great job , the only thing that let the process down was the local scaffolders they had booked ( though I don’t blame EE for that as the scaffolders had been subcontracted ) EE weren’t to know . I would highly recommend EE to anyone looking to get solar panels and battery installed

All my dealings with EERenewables have been great. Whether the office staff, scaffolders or the installers, all have been cheerful, helpful and informative. Everything that they said would be done was done as arranged. The weather was not great on the day of installation but Arran and Oscar just kept on going leaving everything tidy and working properly ... well done to all!👏

Had solar panels and 9.4kwh battery and inverter fitted by EE Renewables mid September 2025. I was extremely impressed with the excellent service provided by the company and the installation team. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend EE Renewables if you are considering a solar panel installation.
