Poor Packaging
Apparently you thought it was a good idea to pack the oil filter cartridge (not a spin-on filter) I ordered from you into a bubble pack envelope. The box it was in was crushed. Luckily the filter itself wasn't.
On the bright side you did send the correct parts which others have written is not the case every time.

I ordered a turbocharger installation… and it was missing parts
I ordered a turbocharger installation kit for my 2012 Audi Q5. The kit was missing parts (nuts and washers for oil line banjo connections). I won't receive the missing parts until 11 days after I said they were missing. You can't talk to a person (only chat and email) unlike FCP Euro Parts (their customer service is excellent when I've had to resolve an issue with a phone number to call). No option to get a partial refund. They might be a bit cheaper pricing but it's not worth it when things go wrong.
