Iraia was very understanding about our closing of our account for the reason that we are closing the company using this service. She was very prompt at finding our company information and very clear in explaining the process of closing an account. I especially appreciated that she requested that we be reimbursed for a charge that was just put on our card for the coming year. Fraud / thieves. They refuse to refund money even after I have asked for over 6 months to cancel my account, they keep telling me to log in. I tell them their site continues to not work properly and I cannot log in. They charge me AGAIN. 100% thieves. It's sad that they are so desperate for money that they have resorted to stealing from people.

I was a longtime trustfax.com user. If there was an issue I could call support. Now it seems that eFax swallowed trustfax.com
If I go to the trustfax.com website it resolves to efax.com/ trustfax. I can log into my account but there is no support. I've made support tickets and have not received a response. I sent an email as on the webpage to support at trustfax.com and no response.
The efax.com website has no way to contact a live person.
C'mon efax get your sh!t together - your customer service is difficult to find and it was an awful transition for the trustfax.com users you inherited.
ADDENDUM: After efax contacted me below with an address for customer support, I emailed them. That was 2+ days ago, but I still have not heard back.

I wrote a complaint about Efax charging me excessively on 12/23/2024. This is after several phone calls and chats trying to remedy the issue. On 1/15/2025 they actually posted a lie indicating they haven't received my request via email. I forwarded the complaint again on 1/16/2025 to no response. Instead it looks like they've hired people to log into trust Pilot to add fake reviews to improve their score. I just want someone from this company to take time to review my concern and resolve it.

I had a small fax-sending problem, called support, and it was quickly resolved. I have used this service for many years, and I love the convenience of being able to send a fax from anywhere at any time, from a computer, tablet, or phone. I highly recommend it.

Eveldina was great, but I didn't like that I had to chat with someone to cancel my account. I appreciate that the purpose was to offer a discount to stay, but that could have been handled as a pop-up without the chat. Plus the chat box duplicated every chat bubble, which was annoying. But the cancellation process itself once I started chatting with Eveldina was very quick and easy.

I have been billed for eFax for over two years without ever using the service. They never sent a monthly email notifying me of the charges, and at some point, they even increased the rate—without any prior notice. They simply kept charging my account.
When I tried to cancel, I discovered that the only way to do so was by providing my fax number—a number I have never used and do not even know. This deliberately makes it difficult for customers to cancel.
To make matters worse, their initial response was a generic apology without offering any real resolution. Then, instead of addressing the issue, they attempted to discredit my review by questioning whether I was even a customer—trying to get Trustpilot to remove my feedback.
Now it all makes sense! eFax is actively working to suppress real customer reviews to hide their deceptive practices.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If you're considering their service, think twice before falling into their billing trap.

Don't sign up, it's a scam! I had to cancel my credit card in order for them to stop charging me every month. Here is what I tried:
1. Online cancellation form: they just send an automated response but do nothing
2. Call their number in Sweden: it doesn't exist
3. Call their support number in California: they cut off the call every time
4. Reset my password through email: they don't send the link to reset
5. Tried to use online Chat: they wanted my fax number but rejected my input
