Can't cancel the account

The first fax was not sent.
Then I want to cancel, follow the steps but is still active.
Then in the contact page explain what happens and get an automatized answer that don't help.
Then email them and they answer I have to contact via the web chat.
Then, want to contact them via the web chat they have, and it doesn't work, it says my number doesn't exist.
Then email them and it keeps saying contact via the web chat.
And on and on...
I couldn't cancel my account

An inquiry to close account turned into continued business

I called to close my account since I rarely use the service. But Eveldina asked me a few questions about my needs and offered me other options. So, she turned a cancellation decision into a downgrade/continued business instead. She was polite as well as empathetic, something rarely seen these days. Way to go Eveldina and I wish you the best in your career aspirations.

Problem free service for years and prompt support

I had used MyFax services for years without any issues arising. Their online support was always very prompt and dealing with Elizabeth V on account matters was very pleasant and swift. I can only recommend them to anyone who needs an online fax service
