I was provided with timely and efficient service by Elizabeth V. She made the whole process easy and comfortable with her friendly, professional manner. I highly recommend eFax for both the service itself and the customer support.

She had the answer and helped me solve the problem. Also, the old web program is so much better than the new program. Keep the old web program.

Great way to fax. Easy to use. They have a chat online help desk and a call center help desk ready to help with any issues you may run into.

They are a total RIPOFF company and I don't know how they've stayed in business this long! It looks simple on the signup page, you pick a plan that allows x amount of faxes but what they don't tell you is how they calculate their screwy usage fees which makes you incur WAY MORE additional charges which you're not aware of until you see it on your CC bill! In other words the amount your monthly fee is seems to mean NOTHING other than another FEE they tack on! STAY AWAY from eFax!!

I find that there customer service is good. Especially- Eveldina Z was very helpful and addressed all my issues.

So many fake reviews here. People say the called to cancel their trial with no problems at all. I'm telling you I was on hold for over 1 hour and the person spoke such broken english that we could not communicate. Such a crappy company.

Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs
I signed up with eFax just to send one single fax. Right after that, I tried to cancel my account — but it was impossible. I couldn't log in, couldn't reach anyone from support, and their so-called cancellation process is a black hole.
They never canceled my account, and they’ve been taking money from me every month without my consent. I’ve tried every possible way to contact them. Nothing. Zero response.
At this point, I’m preparing to sue them.
This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. eFax is a joke, a scam, and a predatory service that traps people and makes cancellation nearly impossible.
Avoid at all costs.

She walked me through the whole process of converting my FREE EFAX plan to a yearly $5.00 a year plan. She made sure I was able to implement each step on my computer. The process was not time consuming. I could understand her even though she obviously has a foreign dialect in her voice. She was kind and friendly. Also, i got a local fax number out the deal … AWESOME !!!

Never—I repeat, never—use this company! This is a complete and 100% scam. They offer a "free month" or charge a small initial fee, but then, without any notifications or reminders, unlike what reputable companies do, they quietly charge your card.
Yes, I admit—it’s my fault that I forgot. But could you have at least notified me before charging my account? Or was that left out on purpose?
As soon as the charge went through, I immediately submitted a cancellation and refund request, since I haven’t been using the service for a long time. No one responded.
When I finally got in touch directly, I was answered by someone named Mathew B, who was extremely unfriendly and dismissive. He simply told me they wouldn’t refund anything—even knowing I hadn’t used the service, even though I reached out right after the charge.
They don’t care. They just keep pointing to the terms and conditions you agreed to when registering.
So draw your own conclusions. In my opinion, this entire system is designed intentionally this way.
Because reputable companies offer refunds without question—especially when it’s clear the service wasn’t used. Here, all you get is rudeness and excuses.
I strongly advise against using them. It’s honestly shocking that a company like this is still allowed to operate.

Very bad experience with efax.com it's a scam
I sent a total of 3 faxes after subscribing to the free offer. There were 30 pages in all (so less than 200). They charged me 12 dollar... lol
I tried to send them an e-mail, but only automatic replies.
I tried to use the chat: a countdown makes you think you're 3rd or 2nd on the waiting list when it's your turn, and a message shows that no agent is available (oh... what a surprise).
I want a refund of the 12 euros and at least to be able to cancel the offer before the next debit. Guess what? I can't access their “account details” page on both "old and new version of their website. Everything on their site works except this page. I'm going to block my credit card in any case, and you won't be able to debit a single cent more from my account.
