Don't trust them

Their HVAC serviceman in the spring was fine.

The serviceman in the fall fell very short. Friendly guy who said he cleaned the air filter and replaced the humidifier filter. When he left, I opened the air filter and it was dirty so I called another HVAC company and the humidifier filter had not been changed either.

Effective Air guy said we needed a warranty repair (we paid a lot for labor) on a motor. It made the same noise after he did the repair. The new company showed me that a wire just needed to be moved away from the motor and that that brand was known for that issue. The noise stopped. Effective Air guy misled us.

I called Effective Air to get satisfaction. None given. Terrible experience. Changed HVAC companies.
