Ordered 3 x16 watt 489 mm fluorescent lamp bulbs online, Took time to arrive but beautifully packaged. Unpacked them & found 3 x 20 watt lamps about 15mm too long. Emailed them & Giles Boardman emailed back to say 'No problem, send them back and, so long as they arrive in one piece, tell us what you want and they will be despatched. There may be a £3 delivery charge'.
did as requested (cost me 3£ postage) sent them off and waited.
About a fortnight later I had received nor heard anything, i emailed Giles again &, as I hit 'send' the postman delivered them. This time they were right & I emailed Giles to tell him. He replied, apologising for the delay, & saying the would waive the 3£ and any review would be appreciated.

Efficient lighting have a great range of products that you will not find on the High Street. So f you want lighting that is a bit different , go to Efficient Lighting.

First impression was of a highly efficient, friendly supplier. Bought four low energy bulbs at a decent & very competitive price, and they arrived promptly, well packed. Unfortunately, one did not work - manufacturer fault. Contacted them & no quibbles, they sent a replacement. But packed in the shop display box of the manufacturer, NO PROTECTION WHATSOEVER. Totally broken before the postman delivered it - you could hear the rattle of the broken glass before even opening the package. Sent them a photo, but ZERO response. So from Hero to Zero in the blink of an eye......

Perfect LED lighting for Kitchen Display Cabinet
I ordered two 21 LED Downlight (metal recessed) 12V spots for our new kitchen display cabinet with lead crystal glasses inside.. Perfect background lighting for the kitchen, looking great in the evening with the main kitchen lights off.
Delivered ahead of expected date, well packed, very good service, will be buying more of the same in the future.
