Everything was great, the flowers were lovely

Flowers were delayed by courier and looked a little limp when I received them. Cut the stems and put into a vase with water and flower sache and the next day they were beautiful. Very pleased

The recipient of the flowers has been very ill and had just come out of hospital. She was thrilled with them, especially as the bouquet had daisies in it as they are her favourite flowers. Ordering was simple and the selection of flowers excellent. The delivery was on time and tracking it was simple. I have ordered from Eflorist before and am very happy with the experience. I recommend Eflorist for a fast efficient service

Flowers never got delivered, getting a response from Eflorist and Evri was difficult. Was not happy with customer service basically telling me that if I paid for the more expensive delivery would have guaranteed timely delivery but since I picked the cheaper one I had to be patient and be ok with 2-3 day delivery even though the website says 1-2

Flowers not delivered until 9:30pm. Boxes were crushed and stems were completely dry and in poor condition.

The item was delivered 24 hours late the roses where half dead by the time my daughter received them this was all down to the delivery i was highly disappointed will now go back to using local florist

I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my Wife’s birthday with a free greeting card and a free box of chocolates.
The delivery was prompt and within the specified delivery time slot .
However the card and chocolates were missing!
But I was most disappointed at the bunch size of the flowers .
To me it didn’t represent a large bunch as depicted in the photo.
I contacted the supplier . They responded quickly and assured me that the flowers had the correct number of stems and buds , and was in their mind a large bunch. They apologised for the lack of card and chocolates and as a gesture of goodwill issued a £5.00 voucher to be used for a future order .

Not wishing to use their services again I replied saying I would rather have a £5.00 refund instead or the voucher will be wasted !!
I’m waiting for a response to this email.

In addition to this , the freesias started to wilt after only a few days.
I haven’t fed this back to them just yet as I had hoped to have received a response about the voucher.
I will be sending that off today

But either way I won’t be using this company again and I will not be recommending them to friends and family.

Delivery was on time. Flowers were not as described poor quality and only stayed fresh for 4 days before they went in the bin.

Easy to use website and good quick service

Beautiful flowers, delivered on time as scheduled.

Evri delivery is, well, Evri. Apparently one delivery in 25 will miss the day entirely. Flowers were OK, but stems were rather short. Not an overwhelming experience. Waitrose would be 1/3 the price.

Really good quality at a very good price. Delivered promptly on date requested. Lovely roses which blossomed-out beautifully. A gift for my partner's birthday - she was delighted and so am I! Many thanks.

Well my mum was supposed to get free chocolate and a card and the flowers was stranded when I paid more a large

Flowers arrived on the expected day, however they were not as expected and after a week they are now dead even after following the instructions on the card included

Flowers arrived on time but two of the stems were very limp and after a few days of being in water still did not improve and had to be thrown away

Disappointed, delivery was a day late although order was placed in plenty of time. It was a big birthday and an upset that the order did not get there on the proper day.
