Ordered flowers for mother's Day. They never arrived, just received a refund the next day with no explanation or apology. No response to my multiple emails asking for an explanation. My aunt was heartbroken. Will never use again.

Made the recipients day. Such care with packing and was able to get it next day despite ordering so late. And they arrived first thing by courier

I have used EFlorist many times and have been very pleased and recipient also. But so disappointed with last order I placed with you. Friend sent photo of the order. To honest they looked like a bunch from a fuel station for court. I haven't been well so haven't followed this complaint.

I cannot believe how small this bouquet was I would call it a bunch of flowers 5 roses and some freesia was all she got so so disappointed to say the least

Don't use this company for your flowers. Just use M&S or interflora very bad service and website is rubbish the tracking doesn't match with royal mails numerical referencing.Just Bad all round.

I ordered flowers last Sunday for my Aunt's birthday. It stated they wpuld be delivered next day, they didn't arrive, the tracking stated for the next few days they would arrive and they didn't, said it was at a depot and waiting to be delivered. Got to Thursday and they still weren't delivered. I reached out to customer services, who were very helpful and arranged a new delivery. My Auntie got her flowers but she said they didn't look great. Overall, disappointed but customer services give you an extra star.

Just a positive feedback idea I received a picture of the arrangement and personally I think a little more white flowers rather than more of the foliage

The Flowers: Absolutely stunning, fresh, and vibrant. The arrangement looked exactly like the website pictures—if not better. The attention to detail in the design was incredible.The Delivery: Prompt and professional. The bouquet arrived exactly within the requested time slot, perfectly upright, and beautifully packaged to stay fresh.

Everything was great, the flowers were lovely

Flowers were delayed by courier and looked a little limp when I received them. Cut the stems and put into a vase with water and flower sache and the next day they were beautiful. Very pleased

The recipient of the flowers has been very ill and had just come out of hospital. She was thrilled with them, especially as the bouquet had daisies in it as they are her favourite flowers. Ordering was simple and the selection of flowers excellent. The delivery was on time and tracking it was simple. I have ordered from Eflorist before and am very happy with the experience. Flowers never got delivered, getting a response from Eflorist and Evri was difficult. Was not happy with customer service basically telling me that if I paid for the more expensive delivery would have guaranteed timely delivery but since I picked the cheaper one I had to be patient and be ok with 2-3 day delivery even though the website says 1-2
