My experience was far from great, the flowers were left at the back on the house in full sunlight, because we have had extremely hot weather by the time the flowers were found the next day the flowers were dead. It would have made more sense to leave them at the front of the house which is off the road & has plenty of shade. So very disappointed to say the least.

Delivery process was terrible on 2 occasions / orders they failed deliver the flowers really disappointed with the service, I demanded a full refund and nothing was given.

The delivery was prompt and well organised. However the order itself looked nothing like the bouquet and stems I ordered. I paid for a large upgrade to my order and the set lacked colour, volume and the arrangement was below the standard I expected for the order.

The bouquet was stuffed into the letterbox, half in half out in a 30 degree heat. Consequently they lasted 2 days only- they were dried out and wilted due to the delivery. Will not use the company again if they’re going to use Evri as they couldn’t care less about safe and professional delivery.😡

Great service with regards to the delivery e.c.t. but was a little disappointed with the size of the flowers, not what I would call a large bockay.

Delivered late. Wrong address. Pitiful bunch of flowers

my friend loved these flowers, and the chocolates were a bonus she sent me a photo of them and said they looked lovely and fresh even with all the heat. i will be ordering again from Eflorist next week for my sister's birthday. thank you for the great service and for delivering on time. First order turned up 3 days late and looking really shabby, replacement which was supposed to turn up yesterday has not arrived.
Unfortunately if you keep using Evri I will not order from you again

I paid £58.32 for the Bright and Beautiful bunch. I could have purchased better flowers from Tesco for £9.99.
They were delivered late, looked like they had swept the path before being delivered.
It was for my daughter on our first grandchild.
I cannot express the disappointment
I will never use eflorist again

Flowers arrived on time and were well received. It was a shame that the personalised birthday card wasn’t in an envelope and wasn’t even folded.

I did'n't get to seeflowers as I had them sent to my auntie,she rang to say how lovely they were and if she is happy with them so am I.Will use your service again ,thank you xx

Top one very fast and easy respect

I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and the condition of the flowers.

You chose the cheapest courier to deliver fresh flowers during extremely hot weather. The bouquet spent at least a full day in completely unsuitable conditions and was only delivered late in the evening.

By the time it arrived, the flowers looked as if they had been taken from a cemetery after sitting there for a week. They were clearly no longer fresh and completely unacceptable as a gift.

This is not the product I paid for. Fresh flowers should arrive fresh, not wilted and dying because of poor delivery arrangements.

Excellent service. I was concerned that delivery would be late as had been the case with others. As the flowers were for a funeral it was important that they arrived on time. The flowers were beautiful and drew many admirers.

I was disappointed, the bouquet looked far from what we ordered. Though the flowers were fresh and nice, but the arrangement, the type and colors of the flowers did not match
