Spain was beautiful!
Our group had the tour of a lifetime throughout Spain! From learning, swimming, networking, Spanish-speaking to dining- EF took care of us through it all. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience, the tour guides were amazing! They truly made our first European encounter a great one!
As stated above, they couldn’t care less about the student’s safety. They honestly just seemed to want the money but didn’t care about the students at all.
This was an amazing first time trip for my child. All of the communication from EF and to EF was top notch. Many compliments for the tour guides in Spain including the fabulous bus driver. Thank you!

My son reported that the dinners provided in Spain were repeatedly meat on a bed of pureed potatoes and an undressed salad.

Terrible. We entrust our children to the experience promised and get frantic calls in the middle of the night because half their classmates were set up at a 5 star hotel with 3 pools while they were taken to an inner city 3 star dive with cigarette burns in the sheets (yes, I have pictures), overflowed bidet water on the floor, and the cops called for a guy beating his wife on the 5th floor. Another mom chaperoning said she felt totally unsafe and asked the kids not to explore the area while the kids in the other hotel were out having a blast. Then at another hotel, they put 3 girls in a room with 2 twin beds! Its outrageous that we pay the same amount as the other kids on the same tour for an inferior experience. And that we were led to believe they would have certain hotels and accommodations with switches made with no notice. To apologize and offer my kid a $2 Gelato as compensation is unacceptable. Ill be calling to get refunded for those nights. In addition, ill be sharing my concerns with our district admistration and on social media. I hope to save other parents the concerns I had to work through with my kid 5k away while people make decisions to benefit their pocketbook over her safety and comfort.
If I could give a zero I would. The whole time I was making payments and getting passports for me and my son I was told I could go on the trip with my son and share a room. 26 days before the trip they said I couldn't go because the group leader didn't want me to and because of this my son refused to go. The only reason I was able to convince him to go was because I was going. My son has really bad anxiety and there were bullies going on the trip and the school and EF Tours knew this. EF blamed the school and the school blamed EF. I got no refund and I asked to be transferred to another trip where I could go with my son and so I didn't lose out and EF didn't lose out on money but they refused. I lost over $5000. They are a rip off and liars and went back on everything they had told me. They are scammers. Don't travel with them. If you check the BBB they have a 1 star rating and I suggest reading the comments as well.
