Diner food was bad
My daughter just returned from her trip. She loved everything about the trip. She said her guide Kurt was so amazing, and he was amazing and very knowlegable.

Terrific experience
We also went to Brussels and London, and each of the four cities was amazing. Highlights were the Anne Frank House, a partner of EF, a chocolate workshop in Belgium, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (of course!), and the absolutely WONDERFUL city guide, Duncan Duff, an actor and expert on London! There are other tour companies out there, but EF has always solved any type of issue or problem I've had immediately. The tour directors have been top notch all 3 times I've taken students to Europe, and this last time, when one hotel did not live up to expectations, EF's emergency response team got us moved in a matter of hours. I know some people like to hate on EF, but I don't know why because they have always been absolutely excellent for me!

Our trip was a trip of a lifetime. We were able to experience so much and it was amazing. All of our guides were very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to experience another.

Alot of walking
My daughter had an amazing time at Amsterdam and Paris.
Our tour guide, Daniel, was very friendly, informative, and patient. He definitely showed us around Amsterdam, Brussels, and Paris and gave us really good suggestions for food or attractions to visit. I am especially thankful that the safety of the kids are taken seriously and I know my child is taken care of when traveling with this company. This is a great opportunity that the students have available to travel, immerse, and visit new places/countries.
This tour was fantastic! The sites were awesome and the guides were very knowledgable and interesting. The tour director worked with our group very well, we had a mix of ages and he handled it well. He was so good with our group. An excellent tour director makes all the difference. Everyone in my group is ready to go back!!:) So much fun. This was a great experience for everyone.
Trip was great and enjoyable, great tour guide
I enjoyed the cities we got to tour, but the one of the hotels we stayed at was sloppy and seemed in disrepair. The tour was overfilled and I would have appreciated more explanation on the itinerary regarding if the sightseeing would allow us time to stop or just be visible from the bus

It was a waste of time and money. There was black mold in one of the hotels that we spent three nights at. All of the rooms of every group member had black mold in the bathroom, the carpets were worn down and filthy, the towels were never replaced with new clean towels, and the hot breakfast items were never replenished, so all three mornings the kids only had pastries to eat. All of the complaints were submitted to the tour organizers and to EF customer service after the first morning, and neither EF nor the tour organizers did anything about it, even after being presented with photos from many of the adults on tour. We paid to go to the Louvre, and were only given 2 hours and 20 minutes to explore it AND get lunch. The outings were poorly planned all over the city, so we spent several hours of each day in Paris on the bus instead of exploring the city. Finally, PAYING adults on the trip were assigned as group leaders to unaccompanied minors and expected to stay with them at all times, even during “free time” instead of being able to devote themselves to the enjoyment of our own children. We were given the same duties as the chaperones chosen by the tour organizers to go for free. I have been a group leader before and only asked to help keep track of unaccompanied minors in the airports and we we got on and off public transportation, and all free time excursions I could spend with my own child. I specifically asked if that would be the case with this trip, and was told by my tour organizers that those were the same expectations for this trip, but once we reached Europe, I was expected to act as an official chaperone with the same duties as the chaperones they had chosen to go on the trip who had not paid to be there. I paid almost 10k to babysit other people’s children at the expense of the enjoyment of my own child. The tour organizers lied to the PAYING adult tour members.

We acknowledge that the outings were poorly planned, resulting in excessive time spent on the bus instead of exploring Paris. Additionally, we apologize for the miscommunication regarding the roles of paying adult tour members, who were unexpectedly assigned as group leaders to unaccompanied minors. Please know we ask Group Leaders to assign chaperone responsibilities in accordance with the needs of their group. We encourage adult travelers to communicate with Group Leaders regarding potential expectations while on tour.
