Good but too fast paced. Didn’t get to stay long enough. No AC in rooms and would have enjoyed finding or discovering our own food choices.

This was a well organized tour with great experiences for the students.
I was a very nervous parent about my middle schooler going to Europe without his family, but the experience was safe and smooth. We're sending him on another tour next year.
Our guides were nice and tried their best to give us a good experience so I don't fault them. But I have many issues with EF Tours. 1. Our hotels were not in the cities we were supposed to be visiting. Instead our hotels were on average an hour away from the city centers. Because we were so far out we spent a lot of time on the group bus; oftentimes stuck in rush hour traffic. For those of us that were traveling with our children, we didn't have the opportunity to explore the cities after dinner because we would have to arrange expensive transportation back to the hotel. 2. Because of the location of our hotels and the tardiness of our bus driver, we were often late to our planned activities. We would get dropped off at a spot and have to sprint to make it to the location of the activity. We signed up for a group tour not a group marathon. For example, we were only allotted 2 hours in the Louvre Museum but we arrived late and only had an hour and fifteen minutes so we had to rush through to see that things that were top on the student's list. Our bus driver was inexperienced in navigating in the congestion of major cities, which negatively impacted our trip. 3. Aside from being far from the city centers, the hotels were terrible in quality and customer service. We had to check for bedbugs nightly and I believe that a few on our trip found some. At one of our hotels, the main desk employee was rude with our students for requesting towels when their rooms were not cleaned and towels replenished. 4. The dinners that were planned were not appetizing. We didn't expect for every meal to appeal to every taste palate but it seemed that there was no attempt to find restaurants with food that middle school children want to eat. As a result there was a lot of wasted food and hangry kids at night. 5. We had a large group and had to be on 2 separate flights on the return flights. EF Tours split up some families on the flights.(for example, a mom on one flight and daughter on a separate flight or 2 siblings on 2 different flights). After being alerted of the error, they refused to work with the airline to swap out the travelers so the families can travel together. 6. EF Tours also refused to coordinate one way flights for the families that planned on staying longer in the cities they were visiting. Families paid for round trip flights but only used the departure flight. Such a waste of money. I know first hand that other tour companies accommodate families regarding flight travel. 7. The return flight for our trip was delayed so the group missed the second leg of their travel. They had to stay overnight in their layover city without their bags. The airline took care of their lodging and food vouchers but they also offer a monetary compensation for the inconvenience but because the flights were a group booking, the airline will only process that extra compensation with EF Tours. EF Tours refused to work with the airline to get this compensation for almost 50 travelers. I could go on and on but this review is already long enough. Don't waste your time and money with EF Tours.
It is important that transit time is shouldn’t be 1.5 hours for 35-40 people. We missed our flight so we lost extra 8 hours for flight. Which we missed our walking tour in Armsterdan canal. And pacific tourist attractions Effiel Tower (Paris). We had only 15 minutes of sightseeing. Which is not enough to take a picture and sightseeing. At least 1 hour in Effiel Tower to enjoy the day. Next time I hope you correct those issues.

My daughter enjoyed her tour guide and experience
Positives: we enjoyed the city tours and museums. Negatives: The hotels were subpar especially the one in Brussels.
Wonderful trip with wonderful people! Great tour guides and a once in a lifetime experience.
My granddaughter had a wonderful time on her tour in August 2022. She made lots of friends and went to London, Paris, Amsterdam and Belgium. They rode on the Chunnel and saw the Eiffel Tower first in the daytime, then went back to see it in lights. The kids were thrilled to see it sparkles at night. She took lots of pictures and sent them to us every few hours so we enjoyed the tour too. I collected her photos in a picture book for her Christmas present. Good memories.
Well organized, affordable, and rich in teaching. My daughter had a wonderful time.
Great trip and experience!
The tour itself was fantastic. Our tour guide was not. He tried to cancel excursions because they were "difficult to plan", he drank every afternoon and evening and left the hotel to take other sponsors out for a good time. This is a tour for students, but he was more concerned with having fun and showing adult sponsors a good time than making sure students were safe and having a good time.
My daughter had fun, although, bus transportation ran late and excursions were cancelled.
Our tour guide Otto did an awesome job. He knew so much of Amsterdam and Paris. Would not have been a tour with out him, We were a family who went only complaint we had was my wife had difficulties getting on and off on the bus,
Loved and will cherish every moment of it.
The experience was amazing and it helped show me the other side of the world in some of the best ways possible
This was a great tour. I took the London/Paris tour as a teen and I was a little hesitant that adding Amsterdam and Belgium would make things too rushed. I am so glad I had this chance to learn about Dutch culture firsthand. I would have preferred another day in Amsterdam, but seeing the square in Brussels was worth the stop. Our guide was extremely good. When he didn't know something he used resources to find out.
Great Trip! I am ready to book my next Trip!
Great trip, and the custom stay behind I requested was executed flawlessly as a new experience by EF operations.
