Outstanding tour
Simply Amazing!!!
It was a great trip with many beautiful places. We had a terrific tour director who added to the experience. We enjoyed the food and the hotels. The locations did not disappoint! The bus was clean and comfortable but lacked Wi-Fi and USB ports. Travel to our starting destination lasted 26 hours, which was stressful. We were in a heat wave, but we seemed to manage well, except in the hotels, which lacked A/C. I know that's a European thing. We saw many awesome places, but we would have loved more free time to check things out.
Mia the tour guide were the best guide I ever had. I wouldn’t have seen as much as I did if I planned this trip on my own. Recommend for EF to partner with restaurants that provide veggies as part of the dinner meal to make it a balance meal. A few dinner meals were lacking veggies and a little more than half had vegetables.
Ef knew of restaurant cancelation a week prior to our tour and didn't handle it. Tour guide was amazing but EF lacks.

Our group experienced a wonderful "taste" of Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. The eclectic blend of castles, car factories, mountains, and countryside made for a delightful experience which appealed to our varied group.
This tour was amazing and made all the more so by an absolutely incredible tour director; however, when he is not supported in correcting issues, then the tour can take a turn. As group leaders, we were filling out the reviews in a positive manner but including great detail regarding the hotels. Since our overall experience was positive, EF chose to ignore our complaints and problems with the hotels. The food was absolutely fabulous and we were not served french fries once, thank you for having authentic food! Do better on the hotels and do NOT have several EF groups at one hotel at once, they cannot handle it - the staff were rude, breakfast was a nightmare at some because of trying to accommodate multiple student groups, etc. One group per hotel is more than enough, especially
Our trip was amazing. Everything was so perfectly scheduled with free time to explore on our own as an added adventure. Our tour guide was kind, smart and fun, and we felt safe the entire time walking the cities or even riding on the bus

My favorite tour to date! This trip itinerary was exceptional - our tour director was incredible! She was so knowledgeable and kind.
